    Fireplace installation and servicing

    I bought an electric fireplace. The sales staff was excellent. The price was very good. They did a great job with the installation. They also service my gas fireplaces. They were very clean and professional and did a great job. I would strongly using them to buy and service electric and gas fireplaces.

    humidifier, furnace service

    The products provided by Cozy Comfort are exceptional. As well, their service providers are prompt, efficient, leave the work area clean and are always very polite. I highly recommend Cozy Comfort.

    Purchase and installation of Gas fireplace

    Cozy comfort is a professional and efficient installer of fireplaces from start to finish. After calling the company, Sam came to our home and gave extensive advice on all types of solutions helping us choose an efficient gas insert. Communication was excellent: the installers arrived promptly at the time and date confirmed. Haytham and Joe adjusted the installation to accommodate a difficult chimney, tested and instructed us on how to use, went over the guide, and cleaned the site perfectly. All this was accomplished in two weeks over Christmas, with the most friendly and polite service. The fireplace is beautiful, easy to use, and supplies great heat.

    Heating / Air conditionining

    Cozy Comfort Plus provided exceptional service, on-time, professional and affordable. Their knowledgable technician provided our business with the exact air-conditioning/heating unit that we required. We highly recommend them for all your air-conditioning/heating needs

    I was pleased with the service.Hay Tham and Amir were excellent. They worked long and hard until 630pm. I appreciated that they moved out heavy furniture to get at the space. They put everything away at the end and cleaned up beautifully. I feel confident in the workmanship, but its early to give a full review,time will tell.

    fireplace

    the second fireplace in my home. And again with a challenge. Brian and his team were able to work around the challenges and eventually provide me with the "den of dreams". "Hiccups" along the way were addressed quickly and professionally. Next requirement will be in about a year. Based on what Brian has done so far, I will not be looking for quotes. I learned previously it was a waste of time. highly recommended!

    AC installation

    Sam was here promptly to write up my order and deposit. An appointment was then confirmed for installation of a new Central Air Conditioner before Christmas by Mark. Raymond and his crew finished the job early one day and worked right through until after 5pm to do my installation. It was helpful that I spoke to all the same employees who installed my Tankless 4 years before. A great job, even with my electrical panel glitch, by friendly people.

    Tankless Water Heater Install

    This was a very clean installation. Cozy Comfort Plus took great care of me throughout the entire process. It was a fantastic experience overall. I would definitely recommend Cozy Comfort Plus to my friends and family!

    gas fireplace service and repair

    While the person who came out to examine and service our gas fireplace was careful and pleasant, he concluded that it was unlikely that it could be repaired. The firm's next step was to have a very assertive salesman call and press us to buy a new fireplace. Wanting to avoid the disruption of a renovation that would involve considerable redecoration and never given a clear and persuasive explanation of why repair was impossible, we consulted another firm that successfully made a repair. I think that while the service people are adequate this firm is too intent on making new equipment sales for my taste.

Older units can be difficult to repair. Not only is finding the right parts difficult, but the risk of the unit breaking down again increases with time. This, in turn, increases the risk of the unit causing damage to property and people alike. It is in our experience that when a fireplace becomes over 10 years old, it is highly recommended that it be replaced. Regulations change, manufacturing capabilities improves, and new technology all help to deliver not only a better performing unit, but one that also meets current safety standards. We are happy that you were able to resolve your issue and wish you all the best for the future. However, we still stand firmly behind our suggestion that the unit be replaced. Safety is always our number one priority and we strive to make sure every one of our customers receives the best advice."

    Gas fireplace inserts

    From start to finish we had an excellent experience buying fireplace inserts from Cozy Comfort Plus. The salesperson walked us through the options, clearly laid out everything we were getting and the costs. The installers were on time, installed everything in a few hours, and left the place clean. They explained how to operate the fireplace and answered all my questions. Nice work all around.
