    Cozy Comfort Plus has been giving us wonderful service for 18 years: they installed a new furnace, new central air, new ductless AC on third floor in 2005; since then, excellent, regular maintenance and emergency service; they installed a new exterior AC unit in 2020; they installed a new Lennox back-up furnace and Gree heat pump in December/23 within 24 hours when the heat exchanger in the old furnace failed. I give the Cozy Comfort Plus team my highest recommendation for their excellent advice, pricing, staff response, and high quality workmanship.

    New furnace + new liner for hot water heater

    As I was aware that my current furnace was nearing the end of its life, I decided to replace it before the start of the winter. After extensively researching furnaces and getting several quotes, I chose Cozy Comfort Plus. I found the company on HomeStars, liked the reviews and contacted them. I felt very comfortable with Brian. He came to the house to make sure that his quote would be accurate and that there would be no unexpected issues. He was very knowledgeable, instilled confidence, advised on venting issues for the existing water heater and open to discuss various options available to me at this moment. I found his quote fair and felt that, based on the company website, profile and reviews, the company would be there for me should issues arise in the future. The installers Hamid and Amir did a great job. I highly recommend Cozy Comfort Plus.

    New Carrier Furnace

    Needed a new furnace and was referred to by Air Leaders. The pricing was fair. The installers were on time and efficient in their installation and polite to deal with. Had a little issue with the silicone caulking but was corrected by the installer (thanks Raymond). Would recommend them to anyone.

    New Furnace Install

    This was my first experience with Cozy Comfort. I am very impressed with the company employees - from the sales person to the installers. I would highly recommend the company to family and friends. Very professional in their work and commitment to customers

    Heating/Air Conditioning services

    Replace Furnace Motor

    I needed my furnace motor replaced. I was dealing with another HVAC company and their member's discounted price left a lot to be desired. I contacted Brian at Cozy Comfort Plus and he quoted me a fair/better price to replace my furnace motor. Their service technician also did a great job!

    Yearly maintenance of boiler / fireplace / AC

    Yearly maintenance of mechanical units in house. Very professional staff and took time to explain action being taken and activity I could do to assist over the year. Excellent

    Gas fireplace installation

    Really well explained options and features of a variety of models. Also explanation of installation - chimney work and fit with current fireplace. Gave an early estimate and no big changes. Trust worthy- they do what they say they will do. Installation staff were easy to deal with. Well organized, pleasant, efficient with time, kept the site clean, demonstrated the unit, no worries afterward. Highly recommended

    Highly professional and personable experience
