    Meets my AC and Heating Needs

    I have had our ductless AC and boiler/tankless system recently installed by Cozy Comfort Plus to my full satisfaction. The company is 100% reliable and honest and have always done a great job. Thanks to Brian! It's a pleasure when dealing with him.

    Heat Pump

    My heat pump collapsed during the hottest days, naturally. I called CozyComfortPlus, Inc. as I had used their services 13 years ago. I was pleased they were still in service. I spoke with Brian Kar, whom I spoke with 13 years ago. I had shopped around carefully 13 years ago and believe I got the best deal then and I believe I got a good deal this time as well. Brian sent me a quote on a Thursday and had my new heat pump installed Saturday a.m. Wonderful customer service. No qualms about recommending them.

    Great professional and courteous

    HVAC not working no AC,technician came in,very courteous and understanding. They diagnosed the problem, and came up with a great solution. He finished quickly, I had AC working ...success. I would recommend Cozy Confort to anyone

    Fire Place ... maintenance

    Had an issue with my 2 year old fireplace purchased from Cozy Comfort. They immediately arranged an appointment, attended and completed a thorough examination. The issue was lack of proper maintenance on my part. Mory, their technician patiently took the time to explain to my wife and I, proper operation and maintenance of the fireplace. I have had many dealings with service personnel on many appliances et al over the years and felt compelled to complement Cozy Comfort and in particular Mory.

    A/C replacement

    Brian came to inspect the system and recommended a new Lennox A/C, an optimal match to the existing furnace. Installer Hamid and his crew arrived less than 48 hrs. later and replaced and tested our new equipment. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up promptly. They replaced and patched up ductwork so it looks like new.

    Heat Pump Installation

    Brian and the team installed a heat pump system. They were able to install the system very fast (roughly one day) and also provided me with all the instructions on how to use the new system. When I had follow up questions about using the system, they were also very happy to answer/take my phone calls. Very happy with their service and detailed explanations. I also did my research on different vendors/products: Cozy Comfort Plus provided the best value from the different vendors I met with: highest grade system, and at lowest cost. Thank you to Brian and his tremendous team! Would definitely use again

    Great job & great customer service

    After a really bad experience with another company, we found Cozy Comfort based on their good reviews. Brian was amazing to deal with, very honest and thoroughly explained what we needed. The plan was to just purchase and get them to install a new water heater but we were happy with their services so we got them to install a new A/C as well! There was a bit of a delay in getting hot water to work fully but credit to them they were persistent to find a solution, and they did. The crew was very thorough and professional with the job they did. Brian and Liz were also great to deal with on the customer service/ payment side of things. All in all a great experience.

    Air Conditioning for House

    Very impressed with service. Brian took the time to answer questions and expertly guided us to buy the right unit for our house. Hamid did the install and was professional, friendly, answered questions and took the time to make sure it was working right. They even fixed a mistake from a previous company's installation.

    new ac ductless system replacement

    Brian, the owner of Cozy Comfort plus, was great..he explained what needed to be done, talked about the cost and had a crew 5 days later to do the installation of the new unit. Hamid and the crew from Cozy Comfort Plus worked hard, each element was carefully and thoughtfully done and clean up was good. The uninstalling and reinstalling of the new unit was hard heavy work. Thank you to all. Would recommend Cozy Comfort Plus for sure Ginny
