    Heat Pump

    Brian, owner of Cozy Comfort, was exceedingly engaging and effective in relating information about heat pumps insofar as he has dealt with this product since the 1990s. Installation of the heat pump within a week of purchase and the installation, performed by Mir, was performed in a very professional manner. After installation, there was an issue with the Ecobee thermostat. I contacted Brian and within the hour Mir came and helped to resolve the issue. Anyone dealing with Cozy Comfort can expect almost immediate and friendly response to service requests.

    Gas Fireplace Best Company to Purchase from and use their Installers

    The owner Brian was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating with our change in installation date. We shopped around for our Valor H3 gas fireplace and Brian gave us a very competitive price. . We would highly recommend him to anyone. You won't be disappointed. Andrea

    big project made simple

    Cozy Comfort Plus contractors arrived at expected to install new furnace, finished within stated time and did an excellent clean up.

    Great service, great team!

    We are so happy with the service, support and product that we received from Cozy Comfort Plus. Brian was incredible to work with, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us with the designs and what the best fireplace for us might be. He is extremely easy to work with, very easy to communicate with and so fast and responsive! Everything happened exactly on schedule and as planned. It was a well oiled machine!! The crews that were here to build everything were super friendly, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend to all

    Fast, Pleasant. Efficient

    Any time we have a problem with our furnace we only call Cozy Comfort. The receptionist is super sweet and we have always had same day/next day service. We have been using Cozy Comfort for over 9 years. Jay always saves the day, hes an amazing technician who works fast to diagnose the problem and fixes it right away if he doesnt have to order parts. He has ALWAYS come within the time frame we are given. Did I mention he is pleasant and courteous? I can safely say that I trust this company and Jay.

    Ductless air conditioner installation in condominium.

    After a rocky start coordinating electrical panel installation with A/c unit installation, the installation went well. Solid quality work overall and they returned after completion to make a very minor adjustment to the job. I would recommend them but let them know what you expect re: what gets done and when re electrical panel and a/c install.

    Absolutely Perfect

    We purchased a gas insert for our home from the Cozy Comfort Plus. The whole process was super smooth and easy from the very beginning. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He patiently guided us through different options we had. The installation crew were also super friendly but at the same time professional and serious about their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a satisfactory experience.
