Been shopping for a new AC unit since existing one failed. Spoke to different vendors who seemed to push their product without any education to the customer. Boris from Cozyworld took the time to educate me on my different options regarding models, costs, and savings. Excellent website with a wealth of information and pricing. A first time visit at no cost to assess the situation. The crew was friendly, courteous, fast, and clean - job done within 2 hours.

Boris is excellent; his estimate, knowledge and follow-up thus far have been great. Kam and his installation crew are extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended to anyone needing a new furnace installation!!!!

I obtained 4 estimates before choosing Cozy World. One of the other estimates was for exactly the same furnace and Cozy World's price was substantially lower. So it was a no brainer as to who I was going to use! What impressed me about Boris was that he was very straightforward and didn't use any sales pressure at all when he gave me his estimate. Kam and his men were delightful! Very polite, very efficient and most importantly, for me, cleaned up the mess where the old furnace had been. I would also mention that Boris was very responsive to my emails as I had some further questions regarding the Govt. Rebates. Overall I am very happy with the services I received and would recommend Cozy World to everyone!

Boris did the quote himself which was $700 less than others. The installation team arrived when they said they would, were professional and courteous and there was no big mess. The air conditioning works great.

Exceptional service from both Boris & Kam. Boris is knowledgeable and he took his time to explain the rebate details to us. Kam and his crew was very professional as well. Kam took his time to answer all of our questions. They even sweep the floor after the install. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have only praise to what these guys do. The Furnace installation in my house was challenging because there was no easy access from the furnace to the external wall. Kam and the crew managed to do the installation to our 100% satisfaction. Boris helped us processing all the rebates, to ensure we get all applicable ones. I definitely recommend them if you are planning to install high efficiency appliances.

Boris Sherman and his crew were punctual, reliable and professional. They answered all our questions and gave suggestions beyond. The work, that included changing more parts than just the furnace, was completed in one day and they even swiped the furnace room in the end.I would highly recommend this company for doing HVAC work.

Had a problem with my A/C at beginning of the month and couldn't get anyone locally to repair in a timely fashion. One company said I was scheduled for next available and after waiting 2 days they called and said they were now scheduling for "next Friday" which was 7 days away. Called Boris (I had purchased the A/C from Cozy World 3 years ago) and he sent people the next day. I am in Burlington, which is a fair bit from Concord so I was impressed that he could get someone here that quickly. My second dealing with the company and I have only good things to say. Very professional and certainly customer service oriented. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
