I contacted 4 installers to put in my central A/C. Despite having central heating 2 companies recommended going with a ductless system which was twice as expensive per BTU. For the central A/C I received several quotes for around $3800. I figured it seemed like a reasonable price since it was quoted by three separate companies. I only found Cozy World when I did a google search for the AC model number and found the Cozy World site. I was surprise to see that they had a price list on their website. Transparency is not something that you get with most contractors. As surprised as I was, I was even more surprised that the price for the same unit was $1000 dollars less. After Boris came to my house and inspected everything he recommended I go with a smaller unit that would i) run longer but make sure the air in my house circulated more and would extract more humidity and ii) would better fit my duct sizes. I confirmed this by doing my own research and was happy that Boris pointed me in the right direction. Next, Boris asked why I was going with a 14 seer version if I couldn't apply for an energy rebate (this was a brand new installation). He said I could go to a 13 seer version (a small differnece) and get a difference coil that would allow me to get a 10 year parts and labour warrantee for $130. Wow! That is a great deal. On top of this going with a smaller unit and a lower seer saved me another $600!! Now that would be reason enough to give Cozy World a 10 rating. But a problem happened. There was a mix up and the installing crew installed the wrong unit (a 1.5 tonne vs 2 tonne). While many would see this as a problem I am more impressed with how it was dealt with. Good customer service doesn't show up when everything goes well. It shows up when there is a problem. I called Boris the next day and he had the crew show up and install the unit the following day (on a Saturday so I didn't have to take time off work) and he charged me for the 1.5 tonne unit to make up for the mistake. The unit has been installed for 2 weeks now and is working great. If you are having HVAC work done you must call Cozy World! A company with this level of service deserves your business and your business deserves this level of service.

Our 25 yr old a/c finally died. I shopped around and found Cozy World to have great prices and thought there must be a catch. However, the service, response to questions and installation was excellent. Boris & Team- keep up the great work!

We weren't looking forward to the difficult process of picking a contractor to put in a new Furnace and A/C system. With so many fly by night contractors out there, just ready to throw something in, take your money and run. But we heard about Boris and his Cozy World team through a friend that lives in Burlington so we quickly got him to come and give us a quote. We had other quotes as well but what really struck us as special was the way Boris took his time surveying the area both inside and out and patiently explained the whole process that would be involved. Our furnace was an old one for sure and took up a third of the size of our laundry room. Boris DIDN'T suggest something that would overpower our small house, to give him a bigger profit. He sold us a system that was just right for the size of our little house and saved us $$$ in the process. He answered every one of our questions with ease and a confidence that told us he really knows his stuff !! His team promptly showed up on time and worked diligently to get the whole job done in a professional, respectful manner. Everything went without a hitch and today we are enjoying a very pleasant cool home environment. Thank you Boris and your team for making such a large investment less scary and hassle free, including the rebates and a great Goodman warranty ;)

This is the company to use for your heating and cooling needs. They are prompt and professonal. Their workers are polite and hard working. They take the time to answer all of your questions. I will be recommending Boris and his team to my family and all of my friends.

Boris is very professional. He took measurement of the existing furnace and gave me a written estimate. Then he explained the different types of rebates I am entitled to and how to claim them. On the day of replacing the furnace, he sent Rasul and his partner. They did a good job with minimum mess. Overall, I am pleased with their work and would recommend Cozy World to all my friends.

Boris outstanding handling of quotation and answering all different questions and Kam as leader of installation team are the best service company I ever dealt with. Wasted a lot of my time to get quotes from different companies when could not get estimated price over the phone and had to arrange their visit to give ridiculous price. On Boris’s web site http://www.cozyworld.ca/ you can find 99% of all answers related to HVAC, technical, commercial, rebate program you name it. Mouse click and you have estimated cost. Final cost was even a little less including some bonuses Boris put on the table without any negotiations for combination of furnace, AC and humidifier installation. All work performed by Kam’s team are exceptionally good, clean and reliable. Goodman product is good and on latest report rapidly achieving top ranking in North America. Looks very nice and is not overpriced as another top brands. I strongly recommend Cozy World for everyone. Will not regret.

Boris provided us with a competitive quote for installing a Naviem Tankless water system, adequate for our house. We talked to a few other contractors and some of them argued that the installation is not possible without major costs. Just to be sure, Boris asked to schedule an appointment with Cam, the person doing the installation. Cam assured us that the installation is not simple, but doable. Cam and another assistant showed up on time and were very professional and right now we are enjoying hot water. Boris took care of other details such returning the old tank, sending in the rebate form etc. I will definitely recommend CozyWorld for any other HVAC projects

Boris made the process easy from the word go. He was helpful and informative and made sure we got the best system for our needs. His installation crew were a joy to have working in the house. Recently installed High efficiency furnace with air conditioner to qualify for maximum government grants. Received two quotes and when I ran into Cozy World (Boris) I knew I found my man. It was a no hassle meeting and he explained what would give me the best bang for the buck. Installation was done on a long weekend and I must say I was very impressed. Price and service were superior to competition and would definately do business with again. (Already asking for a quote on another rental property I own). Thanks Cozy World.
