After looking at various options from Home Depot, Sears, and others I decided to go with Cozy World. The price seemed good and the information provided at the time of quotation was good without a hard sell. The installation time was 1 day on a weekend day. Everything seemed to go well, very well organized and everything is working well after one month. So far no complaints.

The folks at CozyWorld provided exceptional service from providing quote to install. Quote provided by Boris after visit was in clear, detailed and in pdf format emailed to me. Prices were firmed and was close to the web posted price at Coxyworld.ca Install went flawless and crew was very professional. I would recommend cozyworld for GoodMan Furnace and CAC.

We were very happy with the way the A/C was installed, everything was done very professionally. We are also please that Boris of Cozy World submitted a Government rebate claim. We have arranged the second energy audit which should enable us to receive further rebates for both our furnace and A/C which are both Energy Star. We will know more about the A/C performance (cost, quietness and cooling ability) when we get to use the A/C this summer. Thanks again, we will recommend Cozy World to our neighbours and friends if they need to change their furnace or A/C.

I called him a Saturday evening, to give us a quote for a furnace and air conditioner. Sunday morning , he was at home. We already had decided the brand, his price was fair and his attitude and honesty was excellent Three days later, Cam with his people installed the equipment, they left everything clean and tidy. Boris's website is great, clear and easy to follow.

Boris gave a competitive quote and excellent service when I replaced my hot water tank with a tankless Navien unit. The unit was installed by Cam who did an excellent job - showed up on time, did the work carefully, arranged schedule to fit me. That was in Oct '08. In Apr '09 unit developed a small leak. Called Boris on Good Friday evening. Got a call back within half an hour and Cam was there the next day to make a temporary repair (unit was still functional); he returned Monday with the required part from the manufacturer. Boris and team are very conscientious, give great service and are highly recommended.

Boris and his crew at cozy world came over and installed a new furnace and a/c at my home. This process could not have been easier. He showed up took a look around the house and showed me what he had to offer and then asked me to contact him at my convenience. When I called for an installation they where very accommodating & showed up on time. The installation took a whole day (9 to 4) and the 3 installers worked relentlessly. They we all very courteous to me, answered any questions I had and even consulted with me before drilling any holes. During the installation Brois came by to see how everything was progressing, it was very nice to see an owner who cares about his company and customers. At the end of the day his crew cleaned up the work area and explained how everything worked. I could not have been happier at this point. Boris then gave me a fully address envelope, stamp & completed forms to mail for my rebate. I will recommend cozy world to people I know and encourage you to call Boris and experience the same level of service I did.

A few weeks ago I contacted Boris at Cozy World to inquire about a tankless water heater. Our old water heater had sprung a leak and we needed to act quickly. Boris gave us an estimate and advice on government rebates/incentives and some contacts for an Energy Audit which would help us qualify. This was all very helpful and the fact that Cozy World also sells the most energy efficient Tankless Water heater that I could find (Navien - 98% efficient) convinced me that I should give them a try. We got the energy audit and Boris came around within a day to give us a quote and some ideas on where to install etc. His quote was very competetive (I did get quotes from 2 other companies) but his sales presentation was more like sitting down with a neighbour and discussing the possibilities. There was no pressure and I can't emphasize enough how easy it was to deal with him. We ordered the heater. The Cozy World crew came within the week and did a very professional installation. The guys were very quick and considerate and cleaned up when they were done. Although I didn't catch their names, I want to thank them for a job well done. I can highly recommend Cozy World.

Recently I had both my furnace & A/C units replace. Boris, owner of Cozy World, was very knowledgeable and his honest straight-forth approach was appreciated. When I first started to research which brands to use, I was aware of the more well-known brands such as Lennox & Carrier. However, I found Goodman had a very good consumer ratings and the warranty cover very good (hopefully, I won’t ever need it!). Furthermore, the cost of Goodman’s products was much cheaper than the other 2 brands. As an added bonus, Boris also included in his price a 10 yrs extended parts & labour coverage! Due to some exterior venting challenges & a newly finished basement, the installation of a new high efficiency furnace appeared to be challenging. Boris suggested having Cam (his installer) come by and see what the best approach would be. This I thought was excellent service as I didn’t even agree as of yet to go with Cozy World. Other companies that provide my quotes did not offer me this same level of service. Cam came by within a few days after my initial meeting with Boris. Cam was very knowledgeable & provided good insights to the challenges. Cam suggested a possible solution to run exhaust pipe out to an exterior wall without having to cut many holes in our new ceilings (this was great news to my wife!) Overall, I would highly recommend Cozy World. Boris & Cam provide friendly, good quality and reliable service. To top it off, the price was very reasonable and competitive. In addition, Boris processed all the rebates I was entitled too in a quick and timely fashion. Thanks again Boris & Cam for a great job!

Boris is an exceptional guy who made me feel most comfortable about my choices. He was very patient explaining what I needed and how everything was going to take place, what the warranties were all about, what my options were, etc... The Cozy World installers did a great job to maximize the space in my laundry room where my furnace was to provide some space savings. The installers were polite and professional and did a fantastic job. The AC unit was placed on beautiful pad and leveled, all the piping was done to minimize and obtrusions, neat and tidy. My new highend thermostat was faulty, but not for long, Boris and Cam came out to my place to meet with me personally and to replace the unit. Everything is running perfectly, the new Goodman furnace is much quiter than my old furnace and pumping a lot more air through my registers than I can imagine. I had 7 quotes done from high end companies to some low end guys, but the CozyWorlds prices were hard to beat with the customer service I thought would follow. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase, and am extremely confident that you will too. I am in the finance trade and always weigh out costs and benefits. CozyWorld is the best bang for the buck and more. To anyone, like I, who got lost in the neverworld of HVAC companies promising this and promising that, Boris will put your mind at peace and you'll know you're getting what you need. Even if you second guess everything, he'll be patient enough to walk you through a second time.

Our old furnace gave in a few days ago. Fortunately, we had already received some quotes for a new system and ended up selecting Cozy World. Boris (Cozy World) and Kam (the HVAC technician he works with) are an amazing tag team. Boris takes care mostly of the customer relations side (quotes, rebates, support, etc.), Kam of the actual installation. Each one of them is excellent at what they are doing. It was a real pleasure dealing with them. Boris took his time explaining the different options and taking into consideration the particulars of our house (and that on the weekend!). He was attentive not only during the consultation and sales process but also during and after the installation. My experience in this respect is the same as that of the satisfied customers who left feedback before me. Boris has thought through the entire process with a customer view and managed to make it as easy as possible for his clients – successfully. Kam and his men also did an excellent job. They took their time installing the equipment (furnace, new coils, a/c compressor with new cooling lines, tankless water heater). It shows. The installation is first rate, with attention paid even to small details like drains and taping connections in the ducts. I've never come across a technician that's so courteous. Even after a very long day's work, Kam took the time to explain the equipment to me and set up the water heater to my preferences. They also took the time to thoroughly clean up the work side, both inside and out. Needless to say, I'll be happy to recommend Cozy World to any of my friends and neighbours. Cozy World offers an exceptional level of service at a very competitive price -- a winning combination.
