Cozy World are fantastic and it is no wonder why they are rated so highly. Great experience from start to finish. Robert was my go-to man, helped every step of the way, explained my options clearly. Did not force anything and gave 100% sound advice. Install was done professionally in such a clean manner without any hassle at all (install also included some duct work to be done). They even filled out a rebate from Lennox for us, without even asking/requesting anything! Very impressed and truly appreciate this level of customer service. Honestly, I don't have a single bad word to say about Cozy World, Robert and all other members who I may have spoken to. I will be acquiring their services again come spring for AC replacement. If you need work done, I would not hesitate with these guys. Thank you so much Cozy World!

Saeed and team were by far the best contractors we have ever hired. I am so happy to be a client of Cozy World, because it is a very professional company! When my old furnace (21 years old) failed, I called them and got great service: Farhad came on the same day and worked hard to fix it, testing all the parts. But it was not worth it to fix, and I decided to buy a new furnace from Cozy World. Farhad explained me everything very well. Leslie provided me quick service, organizing the installation, and sending me the Invoice by email. Saeed and his co-worker came to my house with the furnace I choose, and installed, providing a great service, with professionalism and clean work. Leslie followed up the service, to guarantee my complete satisfaction! I am super satisfied with the service, attention and professionalism provided by Cozy World. Farhad and his team did an amazing job for a very difficult installation. We had an old broken furnace in a very tight attic that most companies would not want to deal with. Farhad suggested multiple solutions and we ended up moving the furnace to the second floor. The team brought in another contractor for us to work with to perform the renovations to move the ducts and create a closeted space for the furnace. I found Cozy World to be knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any of your home heating or cooling needs.

Last year my old furnace broke down during the snow storm. Cozy responded to my SOS urgent furnace repair call, and they came to my home to fix my furnace within 2 hours after receiving my call. Late this summer, I have Cozy come back to replace my old furnace with a new Lennox model EL 196 furnace. They first came to my home to assess what I need for the size of my house and give me an introduction on the new Lennox furnace and a price quotation The new furnace was installed by licensed technicians within a week at my place in a few hours. The new furnace works to my full satisfaction. I don’t hesitate to recommend Cozy to anyone who is thinking of replacing their old furnace.

Replaced two light fixtures and added dimmers. Added 3 outlets. Installed 2 switches in basement to control lights, that were all individually on pull chains, and reworked wiring to the fixtures. Turned counter top GFI into 2 gang GFI outlets, added 30 amp dryer plug and 20 amp washer plug in basement and tied into electrical panel. Removed 2 lights fixtures by bathtub & added a vanity light. Installed 8 recessed lights with one dimmer to control & added a second dimmer switch to include a direction trim light in the living room. Cozy World did this project for us in last October. I called several vendors, Cozy World is the best. Robert gave me good advises on the solution choices and offer me reasonable prices. Installation team arrived on time and did professional job. Administration team followed up and registered the warranty for us. The air conditioner and the furnace had been working very well until now. We had a wonderful experience to contact with Robert and Boris. I strongly recommend other house owners go with Cozy World.

If you are reading this review then you are doing the research you need to pick the right HVAC contractor. Get multiple estimates but make sure Cozy World is one of them, you won’t be disappointed! We wanted to replace our furnace, AC and hot water heater with tankless. We decided on Lennox because it’s a big brand and local big box store had good rebates, you can see their Lennox booths when walking out. We made appointments with 2 HVAC companies from 2 big box stores near us. We selected 2 more based only on ratings and reviews in Homestars, Cozy was one of them because they have the best reviews/ranking. We also had a family referred contractor. After meeting with all 5, they were good sales people and knew the product marketing. Fred from Cozy knew it too but he had more technical knowledge. Found out that Cozy is also one of big box store’s Lennox contractors, note you can use a contractor from any store and their prices are not the same. Even without the store cashback, Cozy's estimates were very good and included manufacturer rebates. Cozy was the clear choice considering price, company reputation, future service, and all the positive reviews in Homestars and Google. Thanks to all who took the time to write them because it really helped. On installation day, Saeed and Mo came early and were here for almost 12 hours. They were always polite and professional, they never stopped working even during lunch. When they finished, all the old equipment was gone; the new Lennox furnace/AC and Rinnai tankless were level, tested and worked; the routing, sealing and connections on the new gas/water/electrical lines, inlet/exhaust pipes, ducts were very clean and precise. Basement may have been cleaner than when they started. The pride that Saeed takes in his work is obvious when you see the finished product and attention to detail. The next day, Leslie from the office had already completed all the warranty registrations with manufacturers and sent it to us, and Fred called to follow-up. All my dealings with Fred proved he was a man of high integrity. We are very happy with the job and people at Cozy World and all their great reviews are well deserved. Our previous AC needed many repairs so in time we hope we don’t have problems but if we do, we have confidence that Cozy can make it right.

Boris' reviews speak for themselves, but I'll add one more. I used Homestars to request 3 quotes on a Sunday night around 9:00pm, assuming I would hear back the next day. Boris called me about 10 minutes later. He immediately understood what I needed, explained why one option I had heard would't solve the problem, and gave me a rough quote that ended up being almost exactly what we ended up paying. He came to our house to personally inspect everything, made some additional recommendations, and booked his team in. His team was efficient, polite, and clean. They encountered a few unexpected issues and dealt with them all patiently and professionally. There's nothing else to say - if every contractor worked like this, there would be no need for a site like HomeStars.
