My water heater broke. I tried to get replacement, but couldn't find parts for it. Instead, I called Cozy World. It's funny because his partner was the original installer of my gas line. Although they were a little higher than others, I went with them because they had a fantastic reputation. They were quick and their work was beautiful. Hot water is flowing again!

I had a great experience with company from sales to actual installation of new AC. Team was polite and respectful. Thanks to Saeed, leading installer for advising me and correct problem from installation done by competitors. Its a right company for proper installation with really computable pricing Vladimir

UPDATE: After reading my initial, Fred immediately reached out to me and offered a resolution. After they received the replacement part, the technician came the next business day to install it. In addition to replacing the compressor, the technician thoroughly checked the rest of the system and noted that the fan speeds were too high and returned it to the factory settings. I'm still uncertain about what happened with my AC unit, but it doesn't matter. What DOES matter is that Cozy World was quick to respond, and I received great customer service from Fred. I was reminded of why we decided to work with Cozy World in the first place. Original Review: We got our AC and furnace installed by Cozy World about 5 years ago. Everything about the installation experience was 10/10. I have already wrote a review for the installation service. This review is for the maintenance service. A year ago (April 2023)our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. We called Cozy World for service and they were quickly able to identify the issue was a leak in the coils. So we got the coils replaced under warranty and paid for the labor. In April 2024, Since the coil replacement was warrantied for a year, I called Cozy World for a routine maintenance/check up to ensure that everything was running to spec. The technician was at my place for about half an hour, and told me that everything was working as it should. When I turned on my AC for the first time this season, I noticed that the AC wasn't running efficiently (the air from the vents wasn't that cold). I called Cozy World to follow up since the technician said everything was working to spec. Since Cozy World wanted to charge me to have the technician come out again, I deceived to get another opinion. And, I am glad that I did. The technician from the other company spent 3 hours taking various readings and checking components. Turns out when the coils were replaced, they overfilled the AC unit with refrigerant which ultimately damaged by compressor. I am not sure what measurements or readings were done during my maintenance, but I am surprised that the technician wasn't able to identify the over charged AC unit or that my delta temperatures were below specs.

I first contacted Cozy World in 2014 because we needed to replace our AC. We decided after listening to Fred thoroughly explain the advantages of changing our Furnace at the same time , to do both . I posted a review back then extolling the virtues of the company, the installation process and the speed in which the job was completed , not to mention the follow up ' after care ' service as well. As fate would have it on the exact 10 year anniversary of the date of install - our AC broke. Go figure ( parts are only covered for 10 years ) . Naturally I called Cozy again . They came right away and saw what the problem was ( no Frion ) because of a leak in the coil . THIS I appreciate about Cozy- they are honest and upfront with what your options are . We were told that we could replace the coil for a certain amount of money or just replace the entire unit . My husband figured much like as Used Car , once one thing goes m inevitably other parts will start breaking down , so it would be best to replace the entire Unit . Money is tight for us right now , like most fellow Canadians , but as I sit here in my 21.5 degree home while the humidex outside is saying its 42 degrees . I am glad that I did not hesitate to call Fred and his Cozy World Team again.

Had I known replacing an AC was this simple, I would have done it a long time ago. Mehdi and Parsa were wonderful! they removed the old unit, placed the new one in a new location. They worked through rain and darkness. I even needed to have a new thermostat installed, and Mehdi kindly did that for me, even though they had already been there for over 4 hours. I did not have a new filter in the furnace. Mehdi recommended that I get a new one so he can test the AC appropriately. I bought a new one, and he came back another time to test the unit. They were too friendly, kind and professional. Highly recommend this company.

The company was great to deal with from start to finish. I had a full replacement of all my HVAC components, furnace, AC & water tank as well as a portion of my cold air return run replaced. The installers got it done in a single day and I'm happy with the result. Saeed & Mo were my installs, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Both hard working and courteous, I would recommend them any time.

I used Cozy World Inc. services many times. They exceeded my expectations again. It was a problem with wires, but Ramin did an excellent job to find and fix the problem to install Nest thermostat. He was at my place in just an hour after I called the company. My respect to the company. Thanks!

Great service: quick, easy and fair assessment at the first visit. Then the installation happened quickly after we made our mind. The team was professional and figured out not to drill into my basement ceiling to pass the gas line. They also made sure to keep everything clean by protecting the floor. Overall, a great installation for a fair price that I recommend.
