Hired this company just before winter to fix AC leak, their tech came did some "Maintenance" work literally in 10-15 mins. after winter was done i started AC in summer water started accumulating in furnace room i did'nt notice water in furnace room for a couple of months, when i did i messaged Cozy World to come take a look and to fix it properly this time, they outright rejected my request and asked to do it "myself" Very disappointed in their customer service and their ability to stand behind their work. I would not recommend them. Reply: It's surprising to see your company is still here looking at how rude and unprofessional you are to your customers, let alone how unprofessionally you do your work. The house is occupied by senior citizens, and seems like you are suggesting they go down to furnace room every day to assure your work was top notch? nobody has time, maybe your company has that much of free time eh? You didn't explain anything, heck you didn't even know what you fixed in the house until I told and explained it to you! its laughable & your professional advice was that I pay to fix leaks every year? or do it myself. If I knew what I know now I wouldn't even have allowed your company to do it for free let alone pay for this 10 min service. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with you & your company.

Cozy World is one of the example how the companies should manage their customer relations. I didn't know the company. My AC and furnace was broken and I needed a new set. Searched the Lennox page for authorized dealer and messaged them for a quote. They came on the next day early morning to give me a quote. Not like most of the others that they give me quote on the phone without seeing the situation. They gave me suggestions and I ended up with Lennox Heat pump and furnace. They are very professional and honest. They gave me very good price. Also the installation crew was amazing. Very friendly and careful with the house like covering the floors and cleaning afterwards. They answered all my questions and gave suggestions about how to use them optimized. They even fixed other issues that I had with pump and water heater. Amazing service...Highly recommended.

Excellent and speedy repair of a nearly 15 year old outside unit Lennox Air Conditioner. Used proper parts to replace a control board and blown capacitor. Cleaned the outside coils and made sure everything was back to work. First experience with this company but will be using Cozy World for maintenance in the future.

Fred installed a Lennox A/C in June 2022 in my place. All worked well. Fred and his team did an excellent job. The machine stopped working, so I texted and called. The next day his technicians came and fixed the problem that was related to a disconnected electrical wire. Fast and professional. Thanks to Fred and his team, greatly appreciated,

Everything about our Cozy World experience has been fabulous, from the quotation to the installation. We were quoted on a conventional A/C as well as a Heat Pump and Mr. Sherman was great with explaining the pros and cons of both. We got a new Hi Efficiency furnace and a Heat Pump installed along with a new thermostat. The installation was done professionally and they were very careful to clean up after the work was completed. Highly recommend Cozy World, great service and competitively priced. Big added bonus is that there are super rebates available now if you go the Heat Pump route. As noted had new furnace and heat pump installed in the spring and now when the furnace kicked in the humidifier wasn't working with the heat pump. Cozy World sent Ram out and he quickly determined that a wire needed to be reconnected and all is well. Very happy with the quick response and outcome. This is a great responsive HVAC company!

Furnace originally installed by Cozy World about 7 years ago (my first review on HomeStars). The draft inducer motor failed in January 2023, the second time since installation (not the fault of Cozy World) and both times Cozy World were quick to respond and provided excellent service. During the last visit the technican showed me his troubleshooting steps which lead to the surprising conclusion the motor failed a second time (previously replaced in 2020) and the furnace started working again. Parts were covered under 10 year manufacturer warranty and only paid for one hour of labour. I continue to use Cozy for the annual furnace maintenance.

Our 10y old gas furnace stopped working during one of the coldest days of the year. We had a repair done but were told the furnace would need replacing sooner rather than later. I called 3 companies for quotes and options. Boris from Cozy World immediately took my call and discussed initial options by phone. Then he came by the house shortly after to do a proper assessment. He examined the furnace but also took the time to examine other appliances as well as the outdoor gas hookup. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of his approach. He then took time to present and discuss options, as well as pros and cons. Less than 24h later, his team was on site installing a new gas furnace. The team was very friendly, communicative, and tidy. They did a great job and were happy to answer any questions. Now the house is warm again and we have the reassurance that the furnace will work dependably for years. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and will unreservedly recommend Cozy World to others.

We wanted to replace our old water heater with a tankless one, but were told by a (big, reputable) company that it wasnt possible. We live in a small row house and because of various factors, they said it couldnt be done. I called Cozy World and Farhad showed up the next day, had a look, agreed it would be tricky but said no problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote and the guys - Said & Mo - came within the week. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and conscientious. They removed our big old tank, did all the work & cleaned up - everything went smoothly. They had to move our oven at one point and after they left, our oven wouldnt turn on. I was going to have our electrician come look but Farhad came back the next morning and fixed the issue for us. Cozy World was wonderful to work with - its clear they take pride in doing a great job and I highly recommend them.
