I had a malfunctioning gas control valve bypass which caused gas to leak into the rest of my home from the furnace. Without it fixed, I could not turn on my furnace for fear of health and safety risks. I called Cozy World and they were able to send someone in the very next day to replace the malfunctioning part. Ramin was kind, professional and knowledgeable, and fixed our issue in a jiff and we were able to turn our furnace back on again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cozy World to friends or family, and would definitely call again in the future. Thanks guys!

My furnace was red tagged by a well known home protection plan. They said my heat exchanger was cracked and had a high CO2 level. I called Cozy World because they installed my furnace and it was still under warranty. I was still expecting the worst and great expense. To my surprise the technician had my furnace working in about 15 mins. Upon further investigation he found a spider had made a nest inside one of the venturi tubes and blocked the gas flow causing a high reading. The technician was courteous and professional. I definitely recommend Cozy World for all your HVAC needs.

Our furnace died at the end of the winter, luckily that gave us the benefit of getting multiple quotes. Cozy world came in very reasonable. They installed on the scheduled date, even stayed late to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving. They left our house very clean. When I had a concern the following day they were very fast at coming by to address my concerns Would definitely recommend them.

I was on the hunt for a cold climate heat pump system to replace our 20 year old Carrier system. Based on all the great reviews on Google and Homestars, I picked Cozy World (after receiving 2 other quotes from other companies). Boris was extremely knowledgable and responsive providing a great quote for a Lennox Signature heat pump/furnace system. No matter how many questions I had before the installation, Boris was always available to provide answers! In fact Boris encouraged the questions! The installation was carried out by Kam and his crew - super professional team with exceptionally high standards. The day was long (10/11 hours)and they did not seem to take a break. I checked on their progress periodically and Kam always described the steps they had taken during the installation and answered any questions that I had. As a last step, they showed me how to operate the system through the smart thermostat. What a great experience! Now I understand why Cozy World has been so highly rated! Boris even returned a couple of days later to see the final product installed by his team - what a class act! I highly recommend Cozy World for your HVAC needs - honest, knowledgeable, great pricing and great installation!

We found Cozy World when our hvac broke. They responded very promptly and arranged an assessment the same day. They helped us to arrange energy audit to apply for rebates and replace broken equipment the same week. The crew was also very professional, fast, and accurate.

We replaced our Furnace, Water Tank and Air Conditioner years ago and we couldn't be happier. They came over and explained all our options clearly and quoted us a price that was very fair and actually much better than most competitors. Farhad and his team did a great job not only during the installation but the after service has been great as well. We have our units serviced every year with Cozy World and have not had any major repairs to date. We recently had to replace a thermostat on our A/C during this current heatwave and Farhad came himself within 24 hrs and conpleted the work within an hour. Whenever we call them with a question or any service needed, they always answeriyr calls and come within 24 hrs. Glad we chose Cozy world!!

We were fortunate earlier this year when Cozy World was recommended to us as the furnace at our office broke down in very cold weather. Farhad came to the rescue. We did have another company we had been dealing with for decades but they were bought out by a large company. While we did get a quote from them, both Cozy Worlds price and their responsiveness made it an easy choice. The installation, like everything else, was wonderful. When our home AC broke down, Farhad came to our rescue again but since our furnace was quite old, he recommended a heat pump instead of just replacing our AC. He also explained the reasoning behind it (cost savings with environmental/ energy benefits) He also told us of federal rebates and helped to facilitate this. While we still had a contract with the other company, the choice was easy. The installation, as with the previous one, was literally a breeze. (Haha) The crew, as in the first installation, was great- pleasant, efficient and left my place in great shape I would recommend anyone looking for any home comfort services to contact Cozy World.
