My furnace stopped working when it was recently below zero. I called Cozy World as it was from there that I bought my new furnace in 2020. The maintenance man they assigned to my issues, came out the same day. He was pleasant, efficient and polite. He assessed the problem, made some changes to my furnace so that it would operate more efficiently, provided advice and cleaned up completely. My furnace has been working perfectly since. I am very impressed with Cozy World for acting so quickly to solve my furnace issues and for sending someone whom I felt very comfortable with.

Mehdi and Farid replaced my furnace. They are nice, polite and professional. My furnace room is small and so the job was challenging but I'm very pleased with the furnace and the neat installation. They cleaned up when they were done and took the old furnace with them. Cozy World has helped us with furnace repairs in the past and I highly recommend them.

Farhad and his team help us with installing the Kinghome heat pump and upgrade our Lenox Furnace in spring of 2023. They were able to quickly schedule us and his team was on time and very professional. We are so happy we dealt with your company. Now the system has been up and running with no issues for the past 7-8 months. Highly recommend their service.

Our old furnace started acting up recently, failing to heat to the temperature set on the thermostat. We contacted Cozy World and they sent a tech (Ramin) same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, created a temporary fix, provided his recommendation, and did not pressure us into a decision either way. Three days later, the furnace died. We called Cozy World back to replace the furnace. They squeezed us in within 48 hours. Mehdi and Farid arrived on time, were thorough installing and testing the furnace, cleaned up everything when they were done and went the extra mile by installing a gas shut off valve at the furnace where there had been none. They even took a minute to answer a few questions about an old gas fireplace and to provide some recommendations. We were very impressed with the service we received and we would not hesitate to recommend Cozy World. It was a great customer service experience.

Farhad and his team were amazing to work with. Shortly after calling him, he came out and very carefully outlined 2 options for our HVAC needs. On the day of installation, our furnance and air conditioner were installed in a matter of hours. Install team, office and Farhad have all been super informative and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Have used the services twice now. Both times Cozy World was fast to come diagnose the issue and describe a suitable replacement. Excellent service!

The installation took place on October 23, 2023 Overall, my mother was extremely happy and satisfied with the installation from start to finish. She mentioned to me that the installer (Saeed), was extremely professional and efficient with the installation and was patient with explaining to her how the heat pump works and what should be expected. Fantastic job, Cozy World!

We were replacing our old mid-efficiency furnace with a high efficiency model. Robert the salesman was very patient in clearly describing the various options and walking us through the decisions we needed to make. The installers Moe and Mehid worked a long, hard day to get everything installed in one day. They were courteous, professional and kept us informed. They also did a thorough clean up before they left. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.
