I had Sina come and do some work at my house. He installed a NG line to the back yard for my bbq, as well as ran two new lines for Hvac into a basement room, with a return. Sina did an amazing job. He worked hard and for a long time. I would honestly recommend him to anyone that asked, and probably to those who don't. I'm really happy with the results.

Six years ago, Boris installed a new furnace for us, which has been working perfectly. When we suspected a water leak from the furnace, he was very responsive and sent someone to check it at no charge (it turns out, the water was not coming from the furnace). We thought so highly of Cozy World that we returned to them last year to replace our air conditioning unit. Again the service and price was top notch.

I contacted this company based on previous Homestars reviews and from the get-go was extremely pleased with the service. We had bought an old house in Toronto and our 22 year old furnace died on us. After contacting Cozy World, I got a quote the same day. All the different options and rebates were well explained. Installation was completed the following week without a hitch. Friendly service that took care of our home and explained everything we needed to know at the end. All rebates were processed after installation which made it easy on us. This is a go to company for furnace/ac installation in Toronto.

We were ina really tough position. It was very cold and our furnace wasn't working. Because of how cold it was, Fred came to our house right away because he didn't want us to be cold. He went the extra mile to not only identify the problem but also fix it. We are so thankful for his kindness and effort to help us out. Thank you so much.

Fred from Cozy World was great, he showed up on time and when he said they would. While they were working Fred noticed that there were some major issues with the way the previous owner had put together the furnace. Fred was great he made all the necessary repairs at a very fair price. I only have good things to say about Fred and Cozy World.

Boris is extremely knowledgeable. Helped answer all of my questions - even helped me remove a red tag. He's NOT just a sales guy, but truly understand the installation process from inside out. Does not up sell on any product, simply tells me what I needed for my home. His team is very efficient and has great workmanship. Job was done in 1 day and everything cleaned up. The furnace had a slight leak at first, which we found to be just splashing from the condensation pump. Kam came by my house almost immediately and rectified the issue. I have nothing but great things to say about Cozy World.

Sina came by my house in Aurora and inspected the existing natural gas BBQ line for any leaks and to ensure it was working properly. He was very professional, courteous and even protected the gas line from rust and corrosion by spraying on some rustoleum and caulking around the openings to make sure there were no exposed holes in the bricks. Proud to say no leaks and I'm ready for BBQ season! I would use these guys again for my HVAC needs.

Im very happy with the services from Cozy world. The owner came to my house and spent more than an hour discussing my needs, accessing my house and explaining different types of furnaces. Everybody was very courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. The installer came right on time and managed to do all work ( new furnace, new conditioner, installing new water heater ) in one day. I highly recommend this company!!
