Sina was amazing! He provided excellent service to install new gas line installation for my barbeque in my back yard. He was very quick to respond to my service, efficient and very professional and also at very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing the service.

We came home to a cool house a couple months ago because the furnace had stopped. It was past midnight, so I left a message with Boris (not emergency) and we went to bed. Boris called early the next day and arranged a technician who repaired a blower with a bad bearing - all under warranty from the original installation. Boris called back later in the day to be sure someone was working on it, and again afterwards to be sure it was all working properly. Great service and follow-up. And it is still running well, quieter than ever before.

I sent a message to Cozy World via the HomeStars messaging service. Received a prompt reply from Cozy World. After a phone call to gather information, I booked with Farhad to replace my air conditioner. He and his technician came to the house for the confirmation assessment and a date was booked. All dates/times were very prompt and adhered to. Farhad and his technican were a pleasure to deal with. Very respectful of the relationship and of the property when doing the work. Work was done very efficiently. Even rerouted and corrected some piping and wiring from the original air conditioner that was not well done. Very impressed. Drop clothes and cleanup done well. Rebates were processed by Cozy World, with little effort on my side. Very happy with booking with Cozy World and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Cozy World. Our furnace was 20 years old and it either needed some work or replaced. We decided to replace and as we had time we got quotes from 4 different companies. Boris came to our home on a Saturday to inspect our home and give us a quote. He was very friendly, patient and helpful. He did not push the most expensive furnace but instead helped us find the one that was right for us Gave us a very good feeling that he cared and would do the job right. On top of that he had among the best prices and facilitated everything for us to receive a rebate from Save On Energy, Enbridge and Lennox amounting to about another $1100 off. We asked Boris for specific day to install and he accommodated our request. The install went fine and the furnace has worked great so far. I would highly recommend Cozy World to anybody for their HVAC needs.

Fred and his team were exceptional. They came and installed a Lennox furance, AC and smart thermostat and did not leave a mess when they left. They answered all our questions regarding the system and when above and beyond to ensure that the system was working properly and that we were happy with the system.

After 15 years my old furnace and AC started producing high-pitch noise and I realized it is time for a new HVAC system. I contacted Cozy World after seeing all the positive comments made by people like myself. Boris came the same day evening and walked me through every little details, including what kind of furnace and AC system is the best option based on my family needs. A week after I have my entire HVAC system replaced, thanks to the fantastic job performed by Kam and his assistant. They did an extremely professional job and kept the place very clean (even cleaner than it had been). Over the entire installation process I kept asking questions that came to my mind and Kam made sure he provided all the answers to my satisfaction. Kam even went further to give me some useful tips, such as always leave the fan on to maintain a more balanced temperature across the entire house. Overall I am extremely happy with the service provided by Cozy World, from the initial sales consultation, to the installation process, and to the post-installation follow up. Keep up the good work Cozy World!

I am writing this review one year after the installation as we wanted to see how well the equipment worked through the heating and cooling seasons. We could not be more satisfied. A year ago Farhad from Cozy met with us, listened to our needs and made an excellent recommendation for the whole package at a very good price. Kam and his partner installed the equipment and it was clear they were very experienced and professional. Everything was completed on time and they left the place very clean. The first thing we noticed was that the air in the house felt more fresh than before. With our previous AC our bedrooms upstairs were much hotter in the summer than the rooms downstairs. My wife was very happy when the summer temperature upstairs is now about the same. So we are happy with the recommendation, the installation and the performance of the equipment. We weren't sure if our old furnace and A/C would last another season, so after much research, we contacted Cozy World and we're so happy we did! Fred spent an hour with us discussing the current set up and ways to improve the hookups so that the pipes and ducting would look neater and take up less space. He also patiently went over our equipment options and pricing. We decided on the top-end Lennox furnace, A/C, thermostat & humidifier so the whole HVAC system would work together seamlessly. On the installation date, Kam and Sina, who were so friendly and polite, did an amazing job paying great attention to details in every aspect...including laying down floor covering the entire way from the front door to the furnace room, as well as doing a very neat and professional installation which even satisfied my husband's very high standards. One minor glitch happened at the end of the day when the thermostat fried itself upon hook-up which was likely caused by a defective unit. Fred came immediately with a replacement thermostat and the second one works perfectly. We were very impressed by how quickly Fred, Kam and Sina addressed the issue, and before we knew it, everything was cleaned up immaculately. We also appreciated Fred's communications to ensure we were happy with the installation job, and his speedy submissions for warranty registrations and for rebates on our behalf. As far as we're concerned, our experience with Cozy World has been as ideal as could be. Many thanks to Kam and Sina for a job very well done, and a big thank-you to Fred for making us feel well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Our house is a old house, and never had AC. When we decide to install a new AC. we called Cozy World. The owner Fred with his team came to install. This is a tough job. The space is small. They have to make several hole on the ceiling and wall. Their professional experience make the work smooth and well done. Also they clean the area perfect. We are very happy with their work. Extremely happy with this company that was recommended by a friend after getting three other quotes . Fred was patient in explaining the different systems available for my house, and the rebates. The installation was so smooth... the installer was obviously very experienced and was able to make the changes needed to my house with no damage. He also made sure that I understood how to work the system before he left. Highly recommend Cozy World. First reno I've ever had done with NO hassles! Thank you Cozy World.
