    Dehumidifier purchase and install

    Immediate response on phone to set appt, installer arrived on time, was very pleasant, explained clearly about the unit and its operation/maintenance, left clean work area, and made sure I understood that I can call any time with questions. Great customer service experience and will recommend and use Cozy World as needed.

    Furnace procurement and installation

    Boris Sherman, President of Cozyworld visited our house to provide a cost estimate to replace our two furnaces. He took time to answer all of our detailed questions about our current energy usage and how he had arrived the recommended replacement furnaces. We were so impressed with his knowledge and willingness to explain what we needed to enjoy a more balanced heat in our home that we gave him the go-ahead on the spot. His engineer came in and made the installation over a short period with no mess and all works extremely well. Boris is an example of a tradesman who cares about his clients and I would heartily recommend his service to anyone with heating or cooling needs.

    Do yourself a favour, call cozy world

    Outstanding, that's truly what the team at Cozy world are. Boris, Sina and Fred. I bought my furnace from them in 2010. I've called a couple of times for minor issues/advice and they're wonderfully helpful. I've just had my first bigger issue with an engine and they couldn't have been more helpful.. or quicker to respond. Buying a furnace is a big deal. Discovering a team of professionals who KEEP you warm (or cool) is an even BIGGER deal. These guys are just so good and they earn both loyalty and their top ranking. I cannot recommend them to you strongly enough. If you're looking for pros, do yourself a favour and just call Cozy World!

    New Furnace and AC

    Excellent. A short day and spotless afterward. We had a 23 year old furnace so anything coming in was basically alien technology but the new Lennox 2 stage 96% is a quiet smooth running furnace with no quirks so far. Of our 3 bids, quote was the most thorough and there was a rough inspection to determine what equipment made sense instead of just suggesting the existing btus of an ancient furnace. The techs informed every step (had to make a tiny hole to fit the newer thicker AC line, and exterior intake/outtake needed some discussion about three feet of separation. A bit of a trick with our place). Very polite. Will fire up the AC in the summer and I don't think we'll be calling. :) Boris took care of all the rebates which was just great. Thanks Boris, Kam, and the other tech I never got his name. Paul

    Furnace and Air condition Installation

    This company did an installation for me quite a while back. The quote was very reasonable and the installation was very efficient. The guys are professional and I recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

    New Furnace

    We just purchased a new home and realized we needed a new furnace asap. We contacted five different installers. These guys came in at the best price and shortest wait time for the install. WE had a few follow up questions after the first visit and all were answered promptly and clearly. They came in on time, and left the site clean. They followed up many times to check in on how the new furnace was working. These guys were recommended to us by two other friends. I would not hesitate to recommend them myself.

    Lennox Furnace & AC replacement

    I recently had my Furnace and AC replaced by Cozy World. The entire experience was excellent. Fred was able to give me a rough quote over the phone when I was initially doing some preliminary comparisons. When I was ready to get the on-site quote, he was able to come quickly, and thoroughly answer a number of questions I had. The installers were great as well. They worked very hard, and there was an unexpected complication based on the construction of my house. They persevered to solve the issue and to complete the installation very late into the evening. Even at 10pm when they were wrapping up, the installer was willing to walk through how to operate the system, and was extremely patient. When they finished, I immediately received the online rebate submissions. The service, and quality of installation were fantastic - all at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend Cozy World.

    Furnace repair

    I'm always looking for a new hvac installer and I believe I've found them. Recently my 25 year old furnace failed, Fred was quick to respond and repair the starter. I believe I will be using Cozy World for future repairs and a new system if needed.

    New Furnace and AC

    Our 14 year old AC was struggling towards the end of the summer and we had issues last winter with the furnace and decided it was time to replace them. We met with several companies, Boris was very approachable, thorough, answered all of our questions and his quote was competitive. He wasn't pushy and was honest about the rebates we would qualify for. Some time went by (life got busy on our end) and we made it (somehow) to the cooler weather and started up the furnace only to find it was making the same strange noises as last year. We called Boris to schedule the install and he was able to accommodate in a reasonable amount of time. The day of the install went smooth, the guys were super nice, put down drop cloths, answered any questions we had and were finished in the time they said they would be. A great experience and no issues at all! Thanks Cozy World!
