    AC replacement

    Excellent work, and great equipment. They replaced my furance two years before and I had them back for the AC replacement. I highly recommend them. They showed up exactly when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves.

    Furnace installation

    Boris showed up for the quote and extremely helpful on educating us the knowledge of furnace replacement. Very satisfied with the factory 10 year extended warranty from Lennox. Installation was done within a day with basement renovation going on as well. Impressed with their flexibility. Rebates were filed immediately after installation and Boris did an excellent job in explaining and guiding through the process. Minimum effort spent from the customer side. Overall they are providing excellent service in a professional manner.

    Humidifier and Air filter

    We just moved in to this house in Sept and found Cozy world Inc logo on the furnace. I called Fred for 3 item might need to repair/replace (Furnace, Humidifier and Airfilter). He response very quickly and sent his guy Sina the next day. There was some noise in my furnace and Fred thought it might be something broken in the motor at the beginning. When Sina was here it seems to be a random issue, so Fred came again the 2nd day (Sat. morning) to double check the unit and suggest not to do anything at this moment. The job is well done, the price is reasonable and the team is amazing! I will definitely call Fred again for my heating and cooling issues.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner replacement

    We were very happy with Boris and his team. We met with Boris and he provided us with good advice not attempting to oversell us product, in fact, quite the opposite. Once agreed, his installation crew arrived on time and were very professional. Their work was done well and they kept the mess to a minimum and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. Boris undertook all registrations and applications for rebates. We would strongly recommend Cozy World.

    New Furnace, AC Unit, Humidifier, and Hot Water Heater

    Everything about this purchase - furnace, AC, and hot water heater - has been perfect. Farhad at Cozy World provided a prompt response to our request for a detailed quote, carefully explained our options, and did not in any way try to upsell us on any part of our potential purchase - we did that ourselves! Then, the installation technicians were amazing. The cramped design of our townhouse made removal of the old components challenging, but these incredible technicians - Fred and Mahmoud - were more than up to this backbreaking task. Likewise, in other renovation projects here, we've found issues with the initial construction of the townhouse, and Fred did, too. And corrected them, with the result that he had to work a brutally long day. We really appreciate the very professional work that these guys did - and to top it off, they were so nice and helpful throughout the entire installation. Finally, Cozy World was terrific in submitting the various forms for rebates. I'll confess now to a bit of skepticism over the number of perfect reviews Cozy World had received on HomeStars - part of the reason we called them initially. Now I absolutely understand why; clearly, our overwhelmingly positive experience is not unique. Our thanks to the entire Cozy World team for making this happen. We have already begun to share our experiences with friends and family.

    Furnace and Air conditioner

    Purchased a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner with a new thermostat, a Lennox S30 which is a great add on. The features on it really make it worthwhile to have. Our new furnace is so quiet you can barely tell it is running. I dealt with Boris who was so helpful answering all of my questions which made my purchasing decision very easy. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure that you are looked after, before, during and after the job has been completed. Kam, the installer did just an amazing job and was happy to answer any questions I had. I was so impressed with the attention to detail with everything Kam & his assistant did. I would definitely recommend Cozy World to anyone and will use their services again in the future, 100% for sure! What a fantastic company to deal with! Could not be happier. Thank you Cozy World!

    Installation of New Lennox Gas Furnace

    I needed to change out my 21 year old Lennox Furnace. I decided to go with Cozy World. Their price was competitive. Farhad, the sales person and co-owner was very personable and up front. The installation crew of Fred and his helper were courteous, professional and very skillful in completing the work. They kept a clean work area and removed the existing furnace and all debris. Within a day Farhad completed all the registrations and rebate applications. Cozy World certainly met and exceeded my expectations. I look forward to many years of satisfaction from my Lennox furnace and support from Cozy World

    Furnace, Air Conditioner, & Hot Water Tank Installation

    Upon seeing all the glowing reviews, I got in touch with Fred at Cozy World & 2 weeks later I'm here writing my own review as a very HAPPY customer! Fred, the co-owner, is very personable, conscientious, forthcoming, dependable & always quick to respond to all my inquiries. Kam, the Head Installer, is very experienced & proficient, & a patient mentor to Shaya (apprentice/helper). Kam's very nice to talk to, from sharing some helpful hints to his pizza lunch. They did not rush through the job but took their time to make sure that everything's done just right. This has been a very pleasant experience for us. The whole team was superbe & the price was very competitive & reasonable for a job well done. With such capable people on the team, & the continual level of excellent service, I'm sure Cozy World will continue to flourish. Let's hope our after sale service experiences will always be just as great..........I have a good feeling that it will be!!

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation

    An extremely professional team to deal with from Farhad, Co-owner, who carefully explained all our new furnace and air-conditioner options to the installation team who worked most efficiently to complete the job on time. Great follow-up of relevant paper work. Highly recommend Cozy World!!!

    Lennox furnace installation

    Cozy World was one of the few HVAC companies that I considered when replacing my 14 years old furnace. Farhad, the owner responded with a very fair price for a high efficient brand name furnace and came up the same day in the evening to take a look. He gave me very good ideas of resizing the duct to accommodate a bigger filter and presented himself as a knowledgeable and trustworthy person. What makes this company different from others is communication. Farhad communicated through email very professionally making sure that my questions were answered the same day(I had a lot). On the day of installation, Masoud the head installer and his co-worker Ali came at the agreed time. In addition to installing the new furnace I asked to relocate gas pipe that obstructed access to the dryer's duct. Additionally Masoud suggested to install extra vents because our furnace is located in a confined place and has an intake line from inside the house. The whole job was done nicely, they tidied the floor and removed all packaging from the new furnace. All paper work of registering the furnace and applying for rebates was done by Farhad the same day. I was very happy to deal with Farhad and Masoud from Cozy World and would recommend them as reliable HVAC company. Thank you.
