We needed everything replaced - furnace, AC, thermostat, humidifier. I called this company after reviewing Homestars. Farhad (Fred) reviewed what we needed and gave us options. He was straightforward and gave a firm estimate within 24 hours. My concern was really the installation, as homeowners can pick a great system, but if the installation is not done well, they will have problems. The installers were top notch, conscientious, and clean. This is where Cozy World is different from many others - the installation was flawless. Highly recommended.

Boris and his boys did a superb service installing my new furnace and ac units. Stress free from start to finish. Boris re-introduced me to the new world of residential heating and cooling since my now departed units were 28 years old. It was an eye opener and he honestly answered all my questions and concerns. I scanned the Homestars for other businesses on the same category with the highest ratings and reviews and I had 5 on my list. Cozy World was on first. Called Boris for an appointment and he showed up the following morning. After our talk I was sold. We closed the deal with a handshake and I crossed out the other four from my list. I was confident that my decision is a good one; and my wife agreed with me. So in the future if I ever need any maintenance done on my furnace and ac with no hesitation it will be COZY WORLD. Half year ago our furnace broke down, we called Cozy World and they responded quickly and came immediately to evaluate the problem. The furnace was cracked and was leaking Carbon Monoxide into the house, so we decided to replace it - we don't want to risk our life should the unit has problem again. The new unit was priced reasonably and the person who installed it was very professional and we are pleased with his service. He also modified how the furnace gets air too. Now our house gets fresh air from outside instead of the basement. With this new unit, we can sleep better and the house feels a lot fresher too. Then couple weeks ago, our air conditioner broke down. We were very concerned because we were in the middle of the summer. Fred got the call and came on the same day (We are very pleased since it was on the weekend). We are glad that our air condition can be repaired and didn’t require to get a new unit. We are once again very appreciated with the service Cozy World provided and we will recommend their service to anyone in GTA and Richmond Hill.

Needed a new furnace and AC and Boris was quick to visit. Cozy had the best quote by far and Boris didn't try to sell me things I didn't need (unlike one of the big guys). Kam and his installation team were great. Everything was completed to a high standard and he explained everything to me. The team even removed a broken branch that had been on my roof for the last 2 months without me even asking - over & above service. Great value & service. Thank you Boris & Kam.

My old AC had blocked my basement door for a decade and in that time a huge amount of junk had accumulated in my unfinished basement. I needed Cozy World to take away the old AC to allow me to use the door to clear away all the junk. Only then could I replace my 25-year-old furnace. And I needed to find a new location for a new AC. I asked someone for a recommendation for a heating company because I had issues in the past with one of the biggest companies. I was directed to Cozy World. Fred came over right away, listened to my problems and offered solutions to each one. He was back in a day to remove the old AC. After I had the truckful of junk removed the friendly technicians moved in to install a new furnace in a new location in the basement and found a much more suitable spot for the AC. The installation was difficult in such a small basement and they encountered several unexpected difficulties. Everything I asked to be done with the ductwork they did wonderfully. The furnace and AC were perfect for our small house and there was no attempt to sell me something too big for my needs. When it was all done, Fred promptly did all the paperwork to make easy my rebate claim to the government. Cozy World is like its name, warm to work with. You can keep your big players in the furnace and AC world. I like the smaller guys who look you in the eye when they deal with you. They all use basically the same good products -- we got Lennox -- so it's price and service that make the difference. Cozy World adapted to my needs. I checked Homestars reviews before I called them. They were right.

We called Cozy World in May when our air conditioner wasn't providing cool air. Fred responded to our phone call and came by promptly to assess the problem. He assessed the unit and said that the coolant escaped due to an unidentified leak. He suggested replacing the coolant but he could not assure us how long coolant would remain. GIven the advanced age of our air conditioner, we discussed replacing it. Fred gave us a most fair price and credited us for the coolant. A new air conditioner was installed the next day. We are so pleased with Fred's service and the new unit. What a difference the new unit made. Our home is much more comfortable. The unit is quieter and more energy efficient. We were so pleased with Fred's service that recently when we bought a new gas clothes dryer we called Fred to disconnect the gas line from the old dryer and reconnect the new one. Fred suggested that we call him just as soon as the clothes dryer was delivered so he could disconnect the old one and reconnect the new one at the same time. Once again, he was professional and efficient. We would gladly recommend Fred to future customers.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Cozy World. Boris was very flexible with meeting for our quote and provided lots of details that were helpful. The team tailored the work to my individual circumstances and were very professional. While I didn't seek out many other quotes to compare cost, the cost of the work seemed very fair. Highly recommended.

Fred is an amazing guy. He knows his work very well. He came to repair my air-conditioner. He was punctual, polite and extended advise on my furnace as well. I recommend him for any work related to your furnace or AC.

Excellent service, treatment and value. Extremely pleased with every aspect of our install.We had a new furnace installed and upgraded from a working but extremely inefficient furnace that would have had to have been replaced soon anyways.

After several hot weeks with no AC and Furnace we looked around at several popular HVAC companies to get a new furnace/ac. We've gotten several quotes from different vendor and Boris came on Canada Day and provided us with a thorough quote and spent extra time to provide us with some tips. After doing some research, we decided to Cozy World for three main reason, Professionalism, Price, and finally from the reviews from Homestars. I find a lot of the top units all were competitively priced and similar equipped and you can often get confused by what you read online. Boris provided us with a thorough, competitive quote and was reassuring in the process. The installation team was polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We had our AC working just in time for a hot weekend. I don't regret my decision and highly recommend Cozy World.
