I was a general contractor for over 35 years and know a good contractor when I see one. Boris was great to work with, followed up on everything, responded instantly and answered his phone (getting rare). The guys were true pros and gentlemen. Job was clean and expertly done. Price was very competitive too. Can't ask for more than that.

The CW Team was fantastic. Courteous, prompt, professional, detail oriented and fair. Installers really went the extra mile to ensure that the furnace was installed perfectly and that all of my questions were answered. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

I needed to replace my HVAC system in a townhouse building which was technically difficult to replace. Boris and his team did a fine job removing and re-installing the new units. There was a tremendous amount of explanation on how the units worked and the best models for my house. Also, the costs were less expensive by 20% compared to city competitors, which is why i picked Boris in the first place for equal if not better quality work.

First time customer of Cozy World here. We selected them based on the countless good reviews on homestars. We needed a new furnace and air conditioner and Boris came to inspect the situation. He was straight to the point and broke down the situation for us step by step. They were prompt with the rest of the process and we couldn't be happier with their service. Cozy world did our last homes furnace and I was so impressed when we bought a new place that needed the furnace and AC updated I did not hesitate to think who I would be calling. Boris came out to access our needs immediately. He was honest about what we needed and did not try to push the higher cost items. He explained the pros and cons of each. I made my choice and Kam came to install. Kam is a friendly, knowledgable guy who is very easy to talk to. He takes the time to stop what he is doing when you have questions about the unit. Some things do not change and it is great that Boris, Kam and the entire Cozy World team continue to put customers first. You have found your supplier and contractor-look no further and call cozy world. Thanks guys.

This is the third time we've called upon Cozy World for our heating and cooling needs. Previously we've had them install a Honeywell humidifier on our Goodman furnace (which was actually installed by them for the previous owners of our home) and during our first summer in our place we had them install a central air conditioner which the previous owner had opted not to purchase. This air conditioner worked great for about two summers but by the end of last summer it started misbehaving - tripping the circuit breaker occasionally and not cooling properly. This summer it gave up altogether. After a thorough and detailed diagnosis, Fred the field technician reported sadly the news that the compressor had failed - apparently a design flaw on that model but would be replaced in warranty. The warranty work was done promptly and around our live/work schedule but the result was less than satisfactory - not the work mind you - the replacement part also failed within a day or two of replacement through no fault of the installer as these were warranty approved parts provided by the manufacturer and were installed in accordance with their replacement procedure. Reporting the failure of the replacement part to the owner of Cozy World, Boris & Fred generously arranged to replace the entire condenser unit with a new system for a fraction of the cost as I had already spent a considerable amount on the labour for the previous units repair. Again, this unit was installed in a timely fashion with no trace of installation left behind. All manuals and warranty were left for me and the unit was electronically registered with the manufacturer for warranty service the same day it was installed - I received the e-mail confirmation directly from the manufacturer the very same day. We are very happy with the performance of the new cooling system. Final thoughts: Cozy World's prices are excellent but more importantly their customer service is unsurpassed - they honestly care about their customers experience and satisfaction and will go to great lengths to ensure a positive outcome. We will continue to use their services and recommend them to our friends and family.
