Boris was recommended to me by my neighbour, He's very polite and knowledgeable. The install team were very professional worked quickly and did an amazing job, very clean work. They also answered all the technical questions I had and made it easy to understand. Ive already recommended them to a friend.

I was referred to Boris and his team through a friend and they helped us out even though we were outside their normal service area. Boris responded promptly and fit us into their schedule quickly. His team showed up on time, they were courteous and patiently answered all of my questions. They did an amazing job with the installation and went above and beyond what was expected of them. I would highly recommend Boris and his team!!

My A/C decided to give up this past weekend; the air coming out of the registers was not cold. I found Cozy World Inc. through Homestars.com and, seeing all of the highly-rated reviews, I decided to give them a call. I got a hold of Fred on Wednesday (Tuesday was a stat holiday) and explained my situation. He came over on Thursday evening and confirmed the problem (low on refridgerant) after an inspection. I had to make a quick decision since the weather was going to heat up again, so I contacted him the next morning (Friday) and asked if he could install a new system (condenser and evaporator coil) as soon as possible. Even though his schedule was fully booked until the end of next week, he was able to squeeze me in and came over this morning (Saturday). The work was quick (under 4 hrs), clean (they laid down sheets wherever they needed to walk), and the pricing was reasonable (includes parts, labour, removal of old units). Also, the fact that Fred could fit me in on such short notice is a great thing. Cozy World definitely deserves the high ratings it gets and I would definitely recommend it to others!

It's taken me a while to write this review, but I have been meaning to because the experience was so positive. Just before winter, our furnace stopped working. I called a few companies, but Cozy World was the only one who could send someone right away. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the problem easily and graciously, without making me feel like foolish (was totally my fault), with lots of great info and advice as well. Would definitely call Cozy World again next time.

Great company, great people. Very professional, helpful and respectful to customers. From the very beginning they kept us informed about each step they performed. They showed us options and advised the best way things might be done. The result (two products installed on time with high quality) meets all our expectations. I would highly recommend Cozy World to everybody who needs update their furnace and/or air conditioner.

No wonder they have a 10 * rating. They deserve it! From Boris coming to see the initial set-up to the second meeting when he brought Kam to look at the place to the installation - everything was smooth and easy. We were kept informed along the way. Kam was very picky through the installation process to ensure a perfect and logical set-up. Everything was explained in simple terms. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work.

Our (New to us) home was built in 1964, the Heating and AC was from the 80's. Surprisingly functional, however, at best, by today's standards, neither efficient nor confidence inspiring. After completing research on the manufacturers for our home, we turned to Homestars to find the best contractor based on current reviews. After reading 2 dozen reviews on Cozy World, I knew we had found the contractors for our home. I called and booked an appointment for The day after our move in date. The house was filled with boxes and while I was still trying to make pathways from room to room, I received a call from Fred asking if he could arrive early for our estimate. When he arrived, he inspected our current system and then made sure he understood our needs. At that point he offered 3 choices and explained the features and benefits and price points. We ordered our new system after reviewing the quote, equipment and Fred's recommendations. Fred also was extremely helpful in arranging to have our new gas water heater installed. He even picked up our purchase from Home Depot and returned the former rental unit to the drop off centre when we were that there was a 75.00 pick up fee! We arranged for installation the following Monday. So less than 48 business hours later, the Cozy crew was on site and began installation. Our new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater were installed, all the old equipment was removed and our new system performed flawlessly. My wife and I couldn't be happier. As every other review has suggested, Cozy World lives up to it's 10 star rating. following up after the installation and walking us through the OPA and manufacturer rebates. If you live in the Cozy World service area, give them an opportunity to earn your business! you won't be disappointed.

Very Happy! Just as the heat arrived on the hottest day of spring I realized my air conditioner was no longer working. In a mad panic I didn't know who to call so I decided to look on home stars. That's how I came across Boris and Fred from Cozy World Inc. They had a 10 star rating and based on my experience with, if I could I would give them a rating beyond just that. Everything was done within a two day turnaround from personal visit for a quote the day of my phone call, to the actual installation & cleanup the very next day. They were fantastic! Moved into a new house on Monday that had 25 year old AC and Furnace. During my 2nd showing 3 weeks ago, Boris rushed over at my last minute request on a weekend to inspect the equipment during my limited time so he could start on a quote and get me qualified for some rebate promotions the company I chose for my equipment had on. Boris showed up on day of work and worked with crew to make sure job got done. Crew itself was amazing, respected work area, asked questions and cleaned up perfectly. I couldn't be any happier.
