We required some work to be done with our chimney and obtained varying quotes for this work. Brian was very reasonable and very prompt with his assessment explaining what was required. Once he forwarded his review he was surprisingly quick to start work and complete it in a very timely fashion. Very pleased with his communication and the job he did. Thank you again so much Brian.

We hired Brian and team to reduce a window opening in a true masonry wall as part of an upcoming kitchen reno. He had the best price of the firms we quoted, he was dependable, and his team (Ben and Kyle) did great work and were respectful of our home and family. What else could you want? This is the second time I have worked with Cummins and will do so again if I ever need more masonry work. (Note that the final photo is not 100% completed...there was still pointing to be done when I took this. The final result looks great!)

We hired Cummins Restoration as the brick wall behind our house was deteriorating and the bricks were starting to fall off. Brian quickly responded to my request for a quote and soon came to my house to look at the wall and give me a quote. Brian's quote was reasonable and detailed. Brian's team arrived on time and were respectful, neat and organized. They did a great job and we are pleased with the work that was done.

Brian was tremendous. Other masonry experts suggested a partial rebuild of the chimney at substantially more cost. We didn't think it necessary and neither did Brian. He followed up on his initial estimate (the others didn't), arrived on time, and did a great job for us on our chimney and side steps....very clean and tidy. We highly recommend his work.
