    Excellent service for furnace installation

    Our furnace stopped working at the end of the winter and we had called a couple companies to get quotes. In the end we decided on Delta because Spencer had provided us with such personal, friendly, and honest sales service. Since this was a "no heat" situation and the weather was still cold, Delta had taken care of us by getting the furnace installed immediately. The service technicians were friendly and professional, and left no mess for us after their job was complete. Would recommend Delta to others looking for a good price, and friendly and knowledgeable local company!

    New Furnace and A/C

    After getting several quotes from various HVAC providers around town and looking for reviews and recommendations, I chose Delta to install our new system. We purchased Daikin equipment, particularly a modulating (98% AFUE) furnace and a 16 SEER A/C unit which came with a communicating thermostat and new 5" air filter. Initial discussions with Spencer were very informative not at all pushy. While I was still deciding, Delta (Spencer) was the only company that reached out to see if I was still interested and wanted to work to get my business. The options and quotes were very well laid out and helped me feel in control of the decisions. When it came to the installation, it was expertly done and the guys (Dale and crew) were very professional. They did a tidy job of installing the new venting required, re-positioning the A/C unit on the other side of the house. Everything looked neat and clean after the installation was complete. So far we are quite happy with the choice we made.

    Furnace replacement

    We were thoroughly impressed with everyone we dealt with from Delta when we had to replace our furnace. Their sales rep (Scott Padfield) was very knowledgeable and professional and the men that did the installation (Sean and Vince) were excellent. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. The customer service we have received has been wonderful.

    New Furnace

    We are very pleased with the service we received from Delta. They installed our new furnace efficiently and even provided us with space heaters to use until installation day. The technicians were courteous and the sales person even came by to ensure that the work was getting completed satisfactorily. We highly recommend Delta.

    Addition of Master Suite over Garage

    My wife, and I finally decided to go ahead with our dream of a master suite addition above our garage. Based on our experiences with Delta Air at a couple of our rental properties we invited Scott to evaluate the existing HVAC system in our own home. He could have talked us into a new furnace, and AC unit but happily he reported that the furnace was adequate for the additional square footage (huge savings!). Unfortunately the existing AC unit would not be sufficient. Instead of installing a new AC on the furnace he suggested a ductless heat pump for just the addition. I doubted him but he educated us on the limitations of a system in the basement providing the comfort we want in our new master suite. I was worried the system would be loud (similar to unpleasant hotel experiences) but he assured me it would be very quiet, more efficient, and much better value for money than any other option. I had the privilege of meeting the professional install team of Steve, and Jeff who installed new duct work from the furnace to the new addition and did a great job (They were more than happy to to accommodate our ever changing minds!). However, the star of the show was the Dakin heat pump they installed above the ceiling of our walk-in closet that is ducted to our master bath and bedroom. We couldn’t be happier! It is hidden above the ceiling, quiet to the point we don't hear it, and allows us to keep our bedroom just as we want it. We can close the door and keep the house at one temperature and our master at another. No need to waste energy cooling the master suite during the day. For professional, and honest advice on how to deal with an addition or expansion, call Scott and Delta Air Systems.

    Daikin furnace and AC

    Our furnace was 14 yrs old, we had a new blower motor installed a year and a half ago along with a new mother board. It began giving us problems again this winter. Our AC was well over 20 years old. We checked out a number of companies on line, read a hundred reviews, and had 4 separate quotes. We were immediately impressed with Scott Padfield (Delta). His quote was professional, detailed and gave us 9 different combinations at several price points. Unlike the hand scribbled quotes of the other guys we had in. He was patient, knowledgeable and easy to talk too. When we gave Scott the go ahead within a few days the installers were here. Scott and Vince did a great job removing the old units and installing the furnace one day and by noon the next day they they were done the AC. The install was neat, they reworked things to give us more space in the furnace room. And left no sign that they were ever there. We are very pleased with the whole experience. Would highly recommend Delta Air Systems to anyone......

    Furnace Install

    Purchased a new furnace and it was installed within a few days. The technicians were amazing...they were pleasant, friendly, and explained all the required details. They laid mats and maintained cleanliness throughout the home even with having to go in and out. The install overall was superb, super fast with precise duct work and a superb and clean job with wiring. They tested the system to ensure it was up and running perfectly before leaving. Great job guys :)

    Furnace installation

    Great work done by Delta Air. Scott offered to come out to provide a quote on a Sunday evening and got back to us quickly, answered all questions we had and installation appt was set up with no issues. Steven and Jason installed the furnace and completed the work in a timely manner, left no mess even left things in better shape than how they started. Would recommend them to anyone.

    New furnace installation

    First must talk about Scott P., the salesman who we talked with. Very thorough fellow and wasn't pushy. Went through the trouble to measure our house and use it to come up with a calculation of what we needed. He even went so far as to recommend a couple of changes that we agreed to : moving the thermostat to a better location and installing an uptake vent in the basement to suck up the cold air in the summer. He was a pleasure to deal with and the best of all of the salesman we saw that day. Next, Shawn and Vince who handled the installation two days later. Great guys to deal with, very friendly and courteous. They did a fantastic job of removing the old furnace and retrofitting the duct work to the new furnace. Basement was left spotless. Tammy back at the office has been great in handling our rebates and forwarding all the documentation. Scott came back a couple of days later to check on things. He also mentioned about a free upgrade that we got which just put a cap on the whole transaction. Delta's prices were better than most we had seen. Great company and would deal with them again. Have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

    Furnace and air conditioner

    Our mid 1980s two story house originally had baseboard heaters, which a previous owner replaced with ductwork and a furnace sometime before we bought it. The air flow was very uneven: the basement had leaky ducts and was very warm (pointless, it's just storage right now), the main floor was ok, and the bedrooms on the second floor were cold. Jason from Delta listened to the problems, and thoroughly checked our current systems. He made some recommendations to improve the whole system, and we agreed on: fixing the basement ductwork, modulating Daikin furnace, Daikin air conditioner to replace what looked like a 20 year unit, humidifier, and a new thermostat with a second wireless sensor for upstairs. Dale and Matt were scheduled for the install around 8:30 in the morning, the door bell rang at 8:29. Perfect install (took a day and a half), and they left the basement cleaner than they found it. Dale also took the time to thoroughly explain the furnace, how to change the filter, and the features of the thermostat. I thought the upstairs wireless sensor was a gimmick, but it has made a huge difference. The house is finally cozy on all levels! Tammy was quick to submit the documents for warranty and energy rebates. Completely satisfied with Delta Air Systems and Daikin!
