Highly recommend this company to anyone seeking install of a new furnace, air conditioner or service of an existing unit. Our relationship with Delta started when our furnace broke. We contacted the company who installed the furnace, and they advised we needed an entire new unit. After calling Delta for a second opinion (based on Word of Mouth recommendation), the owner of the company, Calvin, called us to advise the unit was still under warranty and dispatched a technician for repair immediately. When we were ready to install an air conditioner, we did not hesitate calling Delta Air systems. Spencer came to our house, and gave us three quotes. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. As an air conditioner is a large investment for anybody, we wanted to make sure we understood and we're getting the right unit. There was no pressure, and we took a day to decide on what we wanted. The installation happened on the day as scheduled, and Dale and Matt arrive to install at the exact time we were told. They were both very friendly and explained all the work that was going to be done. When extra noise was going to be made, Dale came upstairs to let me know as we have a newborn in the house. I thought this was very courteous. After all the work was done, they gave me a complete tour and explained everything, leaving me with no questions to ask. The unit on the exterior of the house looks great, and all wires and cables are neat and tidy. It's obvious that they are both very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. So far I was completely satisfied, but what happened next blew my mind. Dale rewired our furnace to ensure that it ran more efficiently, and even fixed the furnace humidifier that we thought was completely shot. He labelled everything for us and organized all of our booklets and paperwork in a document holder right on the furnace ductwork so it's easy to find. Not to mention, all this extra work was done at no extra charge to us. It's really refreshing to work with people who actually care about the clients and want the best for them! We aren't just another air conditioner sale, we are a family that Delta wants the best for. With a newborn child, it is great to now have peace of mind that the climate in our house is controlled and appropriate for good health. Thank you so much to Spencer, Dale and Matt at Delta Air systems for your amazing service, caring attitude, knowledge and time. It's great being a customer of a company that is family owned, as opposed to a mega-corporation who only cares about the bottom line and a new sale. We will definitely recommend you to anyone! I had a leak and called to get it fixed. At the end of it all the leak still exist with more damage being done to other areas they interfere with. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. They are quick to respond if you are a first time customer but don't care about you afterwards. Narine Sookram

The team at Delta was great. Vince was extremely patient walking us through all the options for installing a/c into our century home without destroying it's character. The installation crew was courteous and cleaned up each evening before leaving. The a/c works a treat and we look forward to many comfortable summers to come.

After our old furnace started having problems during early spring, I contacted Delta Air Systems about replacing it and Scott called me back quickly. He was very patient with all my questions and quoted a system that would meet our needs and wants. I contacted two other companies but only one of them returned with a quote and the price was very similar. The installation was done by Dale, Matt and Shawn. They were neat, professional, and they cleaned up completely when they were done. Everything was done as I expected it to be and Dale spent lots of time to explain what was installed and how to use it. I am very happy with the quoting and installation done by Delta Air Systems.

I was getting very frustrated with the whole quoting process for a new furnace and air conditioning unit - basically no one talked to me about the actual furnace options I had - just a whole lot of 'sales' talk (one guy only talked about wi-fi thermostats) it was extremely hard to compare quotes because I had no idea what was actually being quoted...and then I invited Delta Air Systems to come and quote - and I am SO happy I did. Spencer Padfield arrived and talked to me about FURNACES (andaAir conditioning units!). He explained the difference between the types of furnaces and the manufacturers his company represented. He left me with multiple brochures (! not one of the other sales reps left even one single brochure!) and promised to be in touch shortly with the quotes...I only expected to be emailed a couple of options, but Spencer came back and personally delieverd the quotes - for SEVERAL options (or maybe ALL the options? I don't knwo, there were so many!)!!!! Armed with ALL the information I could possibly ever need to make an informed decision and their prices were pretty much in line with the previous quotes I had received (I could compare the model names and numbers on some of them to the brochures and information Spencer had left for me) - I was 100% confident with my choice of going with Delta. After confirming my choice (with absolutely no pressure from Spencer!) Tammy called to schedule an appointment...I was pleased to have been given some different options for scheduling! And then the lovely crew (Steve, Shawn, and Colin) showed up - on time! They were very cordial, introducing themselves etc. I even felt comfortable leaving them alone in my home while I stepped out for a few meetings in the afternoon. They worked hard and did the install in one day! Everything was cleaned up and other than my new furnace and a/c unit - you'd never even know they had been there! It's been a full week of crazy weather - so I got to test out both the new furnace and a/c and they work like a charm! I'm so very pleased with the whole experience!!! Spencer even followed up to make sure everything was going alright!!! If you're looking for a new furnace and/or A/C - I'm telling you, call Delta Air Systems!!!

Definitely recommend going with Delta Air Systems if you are in the market for a new furnace or A/C unit. Working with Spencer from their sales department has been nothing but top notch! Had a new furnace and A/C installed by Delta today and the installers were very professional with a high quality of workmanship very evident in their installation. All though there are companies out there that will offer you a cheeper price, you definitely get what you pay for if you choose to go with Delta. Great job Spencer and your co-workers! I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

Our old (18 year) Lennox furnace started having multiple problems this season, ranging from a jammed gas regulator to a blower that would not turn on any more. We shopped around for a replacement, and decided to go with Delta. They're not the cheapest option, but they are the most confidence inspiring. Jason did an excellent job at assessing the house and explaining all the things that they would be changing. Scott, Brad, and Vince were very professional and clean during the installation, even through bad weather. There was no mess left, and they did not rush the job. The new furnace is whisper quiet. We never hear it go, but we definitively feel the house warming up when it's on. The house warms more evenly, and with the humidifier connected to the thermostat we no longer have to worry about adjusting it. We did not expect the AC unit to be THAT big, but from what I'm told no one ever does. We've yet to have to use it but if it's anything like the furnace I don't expect to have any concern.

Buying a new Furnace & AC system is more complicated than most people think. There are so many options out there and many rebates/incentives we may not always be aware of. Luckily our Sales Rep Jason Adlys put us at ease and helped us navigate the purchase decision without using any pressure tactics. He answered all our questions in a timely and professional manner. The installation team were really professional and courteous. Tammy at the office completed the paperwork for our different incentives. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided here. A few years ago just before Cristmas the old furnace gave up the ghost and we went searching for a HVAC company. Scott Padfield came to our rescue and went thru our requirements and made recommendations for a new furnace. We had this installed and have been warm every since. Scott put in a rush on our order to ensure we would be warm for the winter. The installation team was great and everything went smoothly. We have had Delta Air do a yearly maintenance on the furnace and always the service has been friendly and professional. This year we decided to get a new air conditioner and never even considered any other HVAC company. We went straight to Delta Air and again Scott came to use, discussed what we required and explained how the system works and made a recommendation of what we required. He even quoted other options to give us a range we could work within a budget. The installation was quick and again the service team was friendly and very professional. They explained what they were doing and di an excellent thorough job. They even fixed one of my venting shafts which had come loose and secured it with no charge or question. Delta air provides quality products services and support with an entire team of people dedicated to your satisfaction. An honest, fair, well trained hard working team who looks after your needs and puts you first. I highly recommend Delta Air for all your HVAC requirements.
