    Excellent from start to finish

    After 20 years, we felt it was time to replace our heating and A/C. We called a couple of places, and Scott Padfield at Delta provided us with excellent and clearly presented information to help us decide on what was best for our home. Of course, we chose Delta over the places that felt it was OK for customers to spend upwards of $10k based on confusing scribbles. The men doing the install were also very professional and made sure everything was in good order before they left.

    FURNACE & AC UNIT

    I WAS VERY please with my service - Matt an Dale . got the job done in a day ( new AC and R&R the furnace ) Clean work and professional. walked threw the Controls an benefits. This may be my first review , but All 4 purchases have the same Quality service . Kitchener Home Owner

    Furnace, Fireplaces, Air Conditioner

    I purchased a home in Cambridge that had electric baseboards and no air conditioning. I decided to convert it over to gas but had no idea who to call. I had 4 different companies give me a quote but went with my feelings that Delta Air would be the better choice. I just want to say that I made the right decision on choosing Delta Air. Jason, Steve, Colin and Shawn were terrific, very polite, everything was explained every step of the way, the clean up was done daily, very trustworthy I can't thank them enough as I feel they went above and beyond what I had expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them anytime.

    Furnace and Air conditioner install

    Scott Padfield has now assisted us with 2 new furnaces, home and cottage. Very knowledgable, efficient, friendly and didn't miss any details. Everything was installed perfectly, and his follow up call is within days to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We would recommend Delta and Scott to anyone, and in fact already have.

    Furnace sale and installation

    My furnace died (in Winter of course). Delta was there and walked me through my options that evening. Furnace installation happened two days later and was completed professionally and to spec.

    Great experience replacing my Furnace and AC unit

    I needed a new Furnace as the existing one had a crack in the heat exchange, and so Delta was one of the companies I got in to receive a quote. Scott was there the following day and explained everything in detail and since we had mentioned a couple of "problem areas" in the house (ie- master bedroom is always cold in the winter), he included a few other things they could do to help with airflow in the house. Very impressed with his summary and his quote. Decided to go with Delta and had Dale, Matt, and Shawn in this week to do the work. They were quick and efficient and took the time to explain everything that was going on as well as how to work the spiffy new Ecobee thermostat that was installed. This morning I got up and our bedroom was the warmest it's ever been with freezing temperatures outside. Really pleased with the service and the price, and would highly recommend Delta to all my friends and family.

    Furnace/AC Replacement

    Georgetown Ontario- Guy Cody Just recently had the task of replacing my HVAC equipment in my home. From the initial meeting with Jason Adlys to the complete install everything was professionally presented and handled. I was given numerous options to select, and the install team of Shawn, Steve, and Colin were on time, and did excellent work during the entire process. Not only did they do what was required for the install, they even fixed a couple of other "out of compliance" issues during their work. I would recommend Delta Air to anyone, and would like to thank the mentioned staff personally for all of their excellent work and professional guidance during this process!

    Furnace / A/C - Installation

    As of this install, I will look no further than DeltaAIR for all my future heating / cooling needs. A huge thank you goes out to Jason, Tammy and all of the installers that got us up and running when our furnace died a few weeks back. The install was tedious to say the least, and required quite a bit of work to get the new setup up to the new regulations, the guys pulled it off flawlessly. Highly recommended team from the KW Delta Air! Thank you once again for all your hard work.

    new furnace and air condioner

    We are very happy with Delta Furnace and Air conditioner. It is very quiet and the house is much warmer than before. The staff at Delta could not have been more helpful from the quote right down to the installation. They were very professional and friendly, made sure that all the mess was cleaned up and advised that if we noticed anything to give them a call and they would come back out to check our new system.

    Great

    Had a problem with my AC/Furnace, where the AC would turn on, alongside the furnace. Called Delta, they were fantastic, the manager called me directly and told me to read him the model number over the phone. The technician offered me several ways to fix it, replacing the Thermostat was the easiest way. Again he gave me a few different alternatives, he was very friendly and gave me some tips on what to keep an eye on. Only reason the cost was so high was that I wanted the high end (wifi connected) thermostat. Despite having no knowledge of HVAC systems I felt like they were there to help, and not just extract money from me like other companies I've dealt with in the past. When my AC/Furnace eventually need to be replaced, they will be my first call.
