    Review on install quality

    It is to soon to review the quality of the furnace as it has only been 20 hours, also the new AC unit will not be needed for months however, I am strongly compelled to give an initial review based on the strong customer service I received from the two installers. The senior fellow was so calm, experienced and dedicated to making the install perfect... 'fudging' it or using spit and glue is not his style. I stayed home and discreetly hovered as they completed each part of this major job. They did not cut a single corner, even when nobody was looking. The junior installer was as energetic as he was friendly. They have clearly worked together a lot as they could almost read each others mind. Dale and Matt did an excellent job, if a door was opened it was immediately closed, all floors covered, areas swept, garbage removed... if it was not for the shinny, quiet furnace and the giant AC unit in the backyard I would not have any proof they were here. Add 50 dollars to my bill and take these two men out for beer and wings. Ps I'm in Waterloo but for some reason this app shows me in Angus.

    New Furnace AND Air Conditioning in our 150-yr old home

    When our 24-yr old furnace died in November, Scott Padfield arrived the next day. Scott provided excellent service by making the best recommendation for our home (not the most expensive). He took time to review our options, explain the pros and cons of each, and answered all our questions. The installation team was on time, efficient, clean and professional. We had heat restored in a matter of days. Scott's service was so good that we called him the following summer to ask about how to install A/C in our 150-yr old home. Scott again provided several options, and made recommendations that preserved the old character & feel of the home, while keeping us cool. Thanks to Delta we're comfortably warm and cold 12-months of the year.

    Great Customer Service & Quality Product

    My fiance and I recently had a new Lennox furnace and AC unit installed by Delta Air Systems. Jason was amazing from the start of the process to the end. Installers were professional and did a great job. Even after the job was finished, there was a small issue with the electrical. We made Jason aware of it, and it was taken care of immediately. He personally came back and inspected the install himself. We own multiple investment properties and will definitely be using Delta Air Systems for our next install. Extremely professional Sales Manager (Jason) & Great Price. I highly recommend!!

    New Furnace, HRV, and Water Heater

    We recently replaced our furnace, HRV unit and water heater. The salesman, Scott, was very professional in his assessment of our needs and presentation of options. He also attended during the installation and made a follow-up visit a week later to be sure everything was in order. Our installers, also named Scott and his assistant Vince, were equally professional in their approach and workmanship. They made a few modifications to our older configuration of furnace and HRV, resulting in more useable space in the furnace room. Very pleased with service.

    No heat and then magic!

    We had no heat. After 24 years the old furnace died. Jason arrived did a quick inspection provided a couple of options and recommended an affordable path with a new furnace and help cut our heating bill in half by adding heat to a room with an additional register. Smart. Pays to get experienced team that cares. The guys pulled the old furnace out and we doubled the available space in our basement with a smaller footprint. Genius. The team stayed late Friday to get the job done and cleaned the entire area before they left. I mean it was spotless. Unbelievable. Jason made a visit on Friday night and did a follow up call to make sure everything was working on Saturday. Local company that cares after the sale. Highly recommended.

    new furnace

    We were very pleased with the excellent service when we had an emergency with our furnace. Spencer was prompt and helpful. We were well taken care of! Thank you! Will recommend Delta to friends and family.

    Installation of new gas fired furnace

    I selected three quotes and from these chose Delta Air Systems. Their salesman Scott measured our house, the air flow therein, calculated the heating need for the square foot measurements of the house and provided a comprehensive written report and quotes for six product choices. I was well informed to compare this information to the other quotes. Installers Dale and Matt arrived on time, gave us an overview of the job to be done, completed the installation in the time they projected, removed the old furnace and venting, then took us through the process inviting comments and questions. They left the work area spotlessly clean. A few days later Scott followed up with a visit to review the installation and ask about our satisfaction. A week later Delta Air sent us an email to follow for rebate purposes. In all, it took seven working days to have a new furnace providing us with quiet ubiquitous (bet you never use that word!) heat and each of the Delta Air persons involved were courteous , informative and approachable.     New Furance

    Installed a Lenox SLPUH070 Signature Series a couple of weeks Ago…..We are 100% satisfied with it……Brian & Shawn did Excellent work…..took out the old unit, installed the new unit and cleaned up the work site 100%......Completely satisfied with everything, including all the personnel I dealt with i.e Tammy, Vince, Scott, Brian & Shawn. The furnace is highly efficient and runs very quietly (have to put your ear right up to furnace to hear it run! Excellent value for your money

    Daikin Furnace & A/C Install

    Great customer experience all around! Right from the start it was top notch. I have been in the commercial HVAC industry for 30 years and I was very impressed with every aspect of this job. Scott was the only contractor to do a proper heat load calculation for the quote. He provided several alternatives with comparative details about each to help us make an informed decision. He also suggested some changes to our current ductwork that will help address some comfort issues we have been living with for a long time. Dale & Matt did a really great job on the install. They minimized the impact on us and the final result looks great. Very clean and professional. Dale even alerted us to a potential issue with our roof which left untreated could have caused some damage. Thanks Dale!

    2 Ductless split air conditioning units, one with heat pump

    Delta is my go to company for all my heating and cooling needs. Scott is an outstanding estimator and does an amazing job coming up with options that have been considered from various vantage points, including cost, longevity and functionality. The technicians are amazing and go that extra mile to explain things and ensure a high quality install. There follow up after the job has been completed is exceptional. I like companies who are intelligent in their approach, upfront in their dealings and committed to quality. Delta is all of these things.
