    Conversion of Electric heat system to gas

    Scott Padfield of Delta Air Systems visited my 5 plex electric heat building in Cambridge, and quoted me on 2 options for converting away from electric heat. He was knowledgeable, up front and explained in simple terms what I needed to know about the effectiveness of different heating systems. Going on his advice, I installed William Wall Furnaces in Oct. 2015 in 4 units. My gas bill increased by only $450 from Oct to June, and Electricity cost dropped by 24,600 KWh, or $3,941 at $.16. from Oct to June.

    Furnace and A/C

    Our first contact with Scott was what sealed the deal for us! He was up front and honest. He told us confidently that you get what you pay for. "There might be cheaper companies out there but the quality of work Delta provides is unmatched". He spoke highly of his team and assured us we would wouldn't be disappointed. He was right! Scott and Vince were at our house within the time we were given. They were very courteous and professional and make a great team. They got right to work and were finished in less time than we were quoted. They left the work area spotless, and even took our old filter with them. Scott dropped in later that day just to make sure everything was up to our expectations. Which it was.. Thanks to Scott and the rest of the Delta team for living up to our expectations.. We intend to recommend Delta to everyone we know!

    HVAC Installation

    We are extremely satisfied with the Job that Scott Padfield and crew did. Our basement was very cold so we needed another cold air return installed plus a few other heat vents. Scott Petigrew and Vince Spinelli were very professional. They used drop cloths to protect our carpeted stairs. The job itself was clean. They even did a few extra things like add marrettes to screws that were sticking out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Delta Air.

    Furnace and A/C

    First off I am a very fussy customer so for me to highly recommend a company that in itself is saying something. Scott spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and wants for a new HVAC system and did a complete heating and cooling analysis of our home so the system would be sized correctly.He supplied me with a very detailed and comprehensive quote.There price was not the cheapest but it was competitive and Delta Air Systems came highly recommended so it was worth it to spend a little extra to get the best.That turned out to be a very wise decision .The technicians Dale and Matt to put it simply were true professionals.They were very respectful of our home and the installation of the system was as good as it gets. Dale is very knowledgeable and helpful and was more than happy to show me all ins and outs of our new system and was able to answer all my questions. Just to make sure everything was done properly Scott came the next day and checked everything out and made sure we were completely satisfied. The following day Tammy sent out emails with all the necessary documents for warranties and rebates,it doesn't get any easier than that. So If you want a great job at a competitive price chose Delta Air Systems period.

    New Lennox Furnace & Air

    From the first phone call until the job was completed the "Delta Air Systems" are very professional.... Jason in sales knows his stuff quick very competitive quote.....the installation team highly organized, very clean lay tarps and sweep up, explain everything.....Tammy in the office makes it all happen from installation dates to warranty registration. "EVERYTHING EASY PEASY AND DONE RIGHT"

    A/C Installation for new home with 3rd Floor Loft

    I'm a new home owner in the Kitchener Doon South area, and needed AC installed. We have a 3rd floor loft, which presented some unique challenges. Scott spent a couple of hours with me, patiently going over our various options, including the challenges and benefits of each approach. He proved to be very knowledgeable and professional, with no aggressive sales tactics or pressure. He's a man you can trust. The same can be said for Steve, (who was assisted by Jeff, and Darren). Clearly, well educated, and proficient in his trade, he is meticulous, and did an amazing job! Overall, the Delta team were fantastic, and I’m pleased with the results. Scott, Steve, Jeff, and Darren, thank you very much.

    Furnace Installation

    Scott was very informative which included good knowledge of the equipment including options pertaining to budget, rebates & co-ordinating the installation process. Steve & Geoff were proficient, friendly installers with alternative options on how to further improve the heating system in our home. It was also very interesting that post completion Delta Air Systems displayed professional follow-up skills to answer questions pertaining to this project. Thank you very much!

    A/C unit

    We had our existing A/C unit replaced. The guys were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate my routing requests. Will definitely get Delta Air for any future work.

    Furnace installation

    The sales person was honest, friendly, easy to work with and offered options that met my budget. He also made sure that it was very fast to get it installed after the purchase which is amazing because it stopped working when it was going down to -40 the next night. He even went the extra mile and brought over space heaters for us - that's amazing customer service. The installers were also friendly, clean, professional an did great work. I highly recommend Delta for everything start to finish. It is always stressful when a furnace stops working in the dead of winter. They made it easy and really a good experience overall.

    Protection plans and annual service

    Wonderful company, wonderful service. All around exceptional customer service. Scheduling annual service I was given accurate fair pricing with no hidden cost or fees. Laurie was excellent giving helpful information on protection plans while booking my service very friendly and professional great customer service. The technician Justin was great my maintenance is completed this year we will be using Delta Air Systems in the future and recommending Delta Air Systems to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thanks Delta Air Systems for a wonderful experience.
