Installers Steve and Jeff arrived on time, worked efficiently, had a plan and stuck to it. New HVAC involves gas work, plumbing, welding, sheet metal work, electrical work, etc., and these guys knew it all. Was very impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness (drop sheets, clean-up etc.). Even the person to cart away the old equipment arrived on schedule. Highly recommended.

We had Jason in to give us a run down of what we needed in the house for a new furnace and we really made up our mind that night that the service he provided was worth dealing with Delta. Not even just that not but I can send him an email on a Friday night to get back to me and he's already calling me up. The guys that installed the furnace left the place cleaner than what they arrived to. They were friendly and courteous I wish I remembered their names. We're so happy with their service I'm getting them back for another part of our next renno. Thanks a lot!

June 18 and 19 2014 A great job by all. Jason the salesman was realistic with choices and did not push the most expensive option. The equipment was as promised.He even found something not to code by our water heater, told me why it was not to code and showed me how to fix it. What other company does this. Brian and Jason, the installers, were very polite, professional and just darn good at what they did. They did not mess around or take more than very small breaks. They made sure no dirt was tracked anywhere they went. They even had a few challenges on the way but handled it like pros. Those two guys deserve a raise. They had to re create my vent that goes outside for my water heater as the vent was no longer shared by my furnace as it now vents out the side. They could have just rigged some crap piece but instead raised it higher so we had more head room and even added a strap that should have been there before. We could not be any happier. Great job guys!!

Delta does an analysis of your home - windows, insulation R-values, where the sun hits the house - in order to determine the size of unit best suited for the house. Not just a 'that looks like a 2.5 tonne unit' off-the-cuff response. They proposed a number of solutions, both high-efficiency and non-high-efficiency units, they didn't push the more expensive units. Outlined each on the basis of their merits. Installers took the time to do the job right - we had 3 people here for about 6 hours elapsed time. They were very professional, looked out for keeping the house clean. (Important as we're in a new subdivision with no grass yet!). When done, the team lead showed me everything they had done, and gave a summary of how to make sure the external unit is kept in good shape (e.g. what to do and what not to do over the winter). And, there was a follow-up visit the day after the installation by the original rep who quoted us the unit. He looked at all the work, and took photos of one thing that wasn't done up to his expectations (just a cosmetic issue, not a functional issue). We've used Delta before for both A/C and furnace work, and are pleased with their work, the units they install, and follow-up service. They aren't the cheapest around, but they are reasonable. I don't mind paying a little extra for the quality of the work they do and their post-install service.

Sales Rep, Scott, was very helpful in determining the proper furnace and A/C is meet our needs. Was not pushy in trying to sell top of the line, only sold what we needed. He also dropped by a couple of times to seeing if everything was OK and to thank us to going with Delta and recommending Delta to our neighbour. Brain and Sean, the installers were two great people. Ensured all walkways were covered and very particular with their workmanship. We were expecting a lot more holes being cut into our finished ceiling in the rec room, but they only required one cut, which an air register grate covered. I sure this took them extra time to complete. No mess when they finished. They also to time to ensure we knew all about the requirements to run the thermostat. Will certainly recommend Delta to anyone looking for a new furnace.

Jason was extremely personable and professional. He clearly explained what I needed for my sunroom and even brought in the Daikin representative to further describe the product and how it would function in my home in both the warm and cold months. The installers, Scott and Vince, did a great job of installing the unit. We were really impressed with high level of expertise that was apparent in their workmanship. It was of course a bonus that they left no tell-tale evidence of them having been in my home. Vince further impressed me when he not only gave me a tutorial on the unit’s operation but also pointed out the location of the switches on the electrical panel. Overall, this was a really good experience and I’m looking forward to the complete enjoyment of my sunroom throughout the coming year. Thank you.

We had Jason out to quote us for a central air in May. He provided us with three different options and wasn't pushing the most expensive option on us in any way like most companies do. We got a few other quotes but nobody could come close to the service Delta has provided us in the past (they have installed and serviced my furnace) plus the prices were all relatively similar so we decided to stick with Delta. We had our central air installed today and we couldn't be happier. The two installers did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I would highly recommend Delta for a Furnace or Central Air.

I called around for estimates and heard back from Scott from Delta very soon after and he was at my door the next day. He was great with options as we were hoping to perhaps move the location of the a/c in our yard. He looked over the situation and together we decided that it was in our best interest to leave it in the same location as we are hoping to move soon, which he took into account when coming up with his options for is. When we opted for Delta they called us the next day to say they had a window to install it the next morning or we would have to wait approx. two weeks. Brian and Sean arrived the next morning and our new a/c was installed within hours by two very professional workers. Sean had some difficulty with a tight work area but finished the job with a smile on his face. Our over all experience was great with Delta and would recommend them to anyone. Sales process: Scott was very helpful and presented a number of options, giving me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. Prices were very competitive with other providers in the area. No high pressure tactics or up-selling here. (I quoted in January but didn't install until May) Installation: They quoted a day and a half for both a furnace and AC replacement. Furnace was installed the first day with a few hours to spare, and the AC was installed the next morning. No mess left over and the install looks very clean and professional. They provided a full tour of the new system after installation. No astroturfing here, these guys have clearly earned the 10-star rating that got me to call them in the first place.

I had several companies come to give me a quote but Delta was the most professional, competitively priced and the only ones that did a home audit before recommending options. They gave me 3 different options from best to very good to good. Scott Padfield not only came and gave me an in home quote but he came during the install and then back after everything was installed to make sure I was satisfied with the install and service. The installers were very efficient and did quality work. I would highly recommend Delta for your next Furnace and Air Conditioner purchase and install.
