Scott P from Delta sales, did our in home evaluation, we found him to be extremely knowledgable, and patient even after the initial meeting he was happy to answer our numerous questions. The installers Scott and Vince where two of the most competent people we have had in our home, they not only did excellent work, we where impressed with the efficient and clean install. Scott gave us a tutorial on our new systems operation and maintenance, we are already recommending Delta to our neighbours. All 3 gentleman are a credit to Delta, and we look forward to many years of use with our new ductless system

Delta was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. The first appointment helped me identify which AC was best for me and the individuals that came to do the install knew exactly what they were doing. They were neat and tidy and left no mess behind. We live in a 59 year old home with a hydronic heating system. The original boiler heated our home until October 2013, when it was replaced by a Laars Mascot 2 wall mount boiler installed by Delta Air Systems Ltd. The Delta people are definitely 5 star all the way, from analysis and recommendations to installation and initial start up. These people are courteous and know their stuff. I still can't get over the convenient size and quiet nature of the new high efficiency unit. A special thanks to Jason Adlys and the entire Delta team.

Wonderfull co. Very professional and very quick to get us heat. WE lost heat Thursday morning adn thenew furnace was installed the next day. Installers were great. Left everything as clean as it was before. Scott (saslesperson) even provided us with space heaters until the new furnace could be installed. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needed any kind of heating/cooling sytem.

I called Delta Air Systems to take a look at my furnace that kept shutting off on on. They offered me an appointment right away and we had a very nice service person come out to our house (Unfortunately I forget what his name was!). He was very polite, explained to us exactly what he was doing and the cost to fix our furnace was fair. We are nice and toasty warm again. We are going to start looking into a new Central air system this spring and Delta will be #1 on the list of people we call for a quote. Thank you!

Phoned and had a technician scheduled the next day. Ryan helped me keep the furnace reset that night. Jamie showed up early next day found problem and repaired and tested. So impressed with the extra effort, scheduled Jamie to service my mothers' furnace. Again very punctual, excellent service, excellent knowledge, excellent price, excellent experience. Extremely pleased with the service from Delta Air Systems! More specifically, Jason. Jason's experience and knowledge is a definite asset. Unlike other salesmen I received quotes from, Jason provided a detailed quote which outlined different options (products & price). He took the time to explain his quotes to me. He also understood my needs and didn't "over sell", which was appreciated. Jason and his team were helpful and courteous during the process. Personally, it's not always about the price of a product, but how it's delivered and Delta did a great job! Thank you Jason and your team!

I didn't have heat in my house for 2 weeks, so I was looking for someone who is fast, reliable, honest with great service. That's when I found Delta. They came and rescued me with great business. I know I can count on them in the coldest days.

We had Delta install a new furnace and HRV system, along with rerouting some ducts in the basement. From start to finish, they where professional, informative and really showed they cared about doing the best job possible. The whole process was very comprehensive and they spent the time measuring and analyzing the house to ensure the proper size equipment was used. The install process was very quick and went smoothly. The install crew arrived when they said they would (on the 1st day, the sales person also was there just to also explain the work to be done, which helps the installation go smoothly). The price of the work was about the middle of the quotes we received, but because of the time spent in sizing the equipment we felt comfortable not choosing the higher priced quote (which included a much larger furnace than is required). Would definitely call Delta again, most likely the only supplier will call, price and service can't be beat.

We found that Jason who was the salesman we dealt with was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and answered all of our questions so we understood what we were buying. He was punctual and did all the paperwork necessary for us to receive several rebates, and arranged for us to defer our payment with Kitchener Utilities. We were very pleased with him and the crew that installed the furnace and air conditioner. Jason followed up by phone several times. I would not hesitate to recommend his company. Also his price was better than the other 2 estimates we got.
