The sales man Scott came to my house and measured every floor to make sure he was pricing out the proper furnace and AC for my style of house. Scott also gave me 3 options of units for my house and went into details of what the difference was. Once Scott left me with the quotes I had some questions to ask and it was a long week end so e-mailed Scott with my questions and he responded with the answers I needed even though it was a long week end. The guys called me to set up a time to install the new furnace and AC and they showed up at the exact time they said they would be here. The asked me when they showed up if I had any questions at all before they started when they came in the house they put drop clothes down from the front door to the furnace area. Scott also showed up at 8:30am with the installers to make sure I understood what they would be doing and approximately how long it would take. The three installers that came to my house Brian Scott and Brian answered any questions I had about what they were doing they were very professional made sure that everything was clean when they were working. I was very happy with all 3 guys and how they answered all my questions I would recommend Delta Air systems to anyone. I Also would like to say that I had 3 different quotes on my Lennox AC and Furnace and Delta Air Systems beat all there competitors prices for the same units to be installed. IN TOTAL I had 10 quotes before I decided who to go with it was not a rush for me there were cheaper out there but they weren't Lennox so I feel I made the best choice for the equipment I had installed as well as the great installation team of Brian Scott and Brian they did a great job.

From the initial visit to installation of our new AC, our experience with Delta has been incredible. Scott presented us with a printout of detailed options, took time to inspect our house to offer us the best and most suited system, and the final price was less than competitors' quotes. All questions were valued and answered. Installation day - July 4 - was a scorcher. Brian arrived on schedule and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism, his courteous mannerisms and work ethic as he needed to get the job done without the assistance of his partner. He did not break for lunch but kept going in order to finish the installation which took until mid afternoon. Upon completion, Brian was most considerate as he showed and explained to me what he had done, impeccably cleaned up and knowledgeably answered the questions I raised with no sense or urgency to leave. I truly was impressed from start to finish and glad we chose Delta. Thank you.

Very professional company with highly knowledgeable service people that give you straight answers based on analysis, not assumptions or 'maybe's'. High trust factor ... needed them to help solve a problem the originating contractor had trouble with. Wish I had known about them years ago, would have saved me much grief.

A/C broke in heat wave peak. Delta answered phone before 8 a.m. & had technician here in a couple hrs. He checked outside unit, replaced capacitor, we were running cool! Neighbor had similar problem called another company who drainednit and charged over 1k. There outside unit was still running too as was ours!

Amazing team from sales to installation. Can't find a negative thing to say about this Company. FANTASTIC is all l can say. Great job guys, keep up the great services. I WOULD highly recommend you. As a matter of fact l did, and they are having their installs done, as l write my review. Thank you to all who made this transition a COOL experience !!!!!! WE LOVE OUR NEW DUCTLESS AIR CONDITION :)

Absolutely wonderful initial contractor meeting to learn about the new furnace options in conjunction with a full inspection of my current home space, air outlets and returns. I felt so comfortable making my final decision with Delta install and minor changes in venting. Installers were very prompt, courteous, immaculate in keeping our space intact. Everything was explained and detailed, and helpful hints on air circulation and reducing heat and ac costs. Just super communication and follow-up with my Sales Rep, Scott. Recommend highly!

I just wished to express my gratitude to Glen Bessey and Brian and his team for the professionalism shown in the installation of my Lennox furnace and A/C. They also showed the same kind of care and quality installation for my new water heater and pool heater. I would recommend them to anyone. There was a minimum of inconvenience to us for removing the old equipment (rentals) and adding in the new equipment. I could tell that the quality of the new installation was FAR better than the previous one. Much appreciated Glen, Brian and team. The Pope family

We had an air conditioner installed in our 1950's bungalow, which had never had a/c before. The quote was straightforward and the end price was exactly what was quoted. The two technicians were extremely polite and professional. Delta obviously puts a lot of emphasis on the conduct of their employees. The junior technician dropped something and let a swear word pop out. When they realized my wife was in earshot they both apologized profusely. Later on, they came and found me and apologized profusely yet again! Really not a big deal, but they obviously thought it was, and I appreciated that. I've used Delta a couple of other times (furnace servicing, etc) and have always been very pleased with the way I'm treated by the technicians. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company.

I was incredibly happy with the service from start to finish with Delta Air Systems. Charles came out and explained the benefits of different furnaces and air conditioning units, helping to set my mind at ease on my choice. He was very thorough and professional and answered all of my questions. The installers Brian and Sean were also exceptionally professional and did a fabulous job installing the new furnace and central air. They too were very thorough in explaining the complete install once finished as well as during the process, and you wouldn't know they had even been here, my home was left very clean and tidy. I have never been more pleased with a service provider than I was with Delta. Our sales rep Scott completed a thorough assessment of our needs and then worked o get our furnace in before we left for vacation. Steve and Jeff, the installers, were the most curtious, polite and efficient service providers I have ever let in my home. They were respectful of my time and home, patient with my dogs needs to go in an out and left the house spotless. It's been almost a month since they've been there and I'm still talking about how professional and wonderful they were. Thanks Guys!
