    Furnace and AC

    I would totally recommend Scott Padfield of Delta Air Systems. He is knowledgeable, helpful and has good attention to detail. When my wife and I purchased are home last year both the Furnace and AC died within a week! Scott was over and within a week we had a 2 brand new units. He even told us about rebates to save us even more money. Now our home is comforable and we are very happy with the Lennox product! Thanks Scott!

    New air conditioner

    Scott at Delta Air Systems has been telling us for a while now how inefficient our air conditioner was and suggested we should begin to consider changing to a more efficient model. We had many other projects on the go, so we decided to put it off for a bit. This past summer we were having some landscaping done and needed the AC moved. This provided the perfect time to upgrade. Scott presented the benefits of a high efficiency 2 stage air conditioner and we went with it. The installers, Dale and Brian did a great job. They installed a new WIFI thermostat and cleaned up some gas pipes for us in the process. Looking at out Hydro bill from August 2011 and August 2012, our usage went down by about 36% in a time when we had a bunch of contractors doing tons of work around the house. I look forward to seeing if it goes down more next year. Maybe we should have done it sooner. Over all, we were very happy with Scott and the guys. We would refer them in the future.

    Furnace

    Scott was the sales rep for Delta Air. He thoroughly measured our house and checked the various factors in our house that contribute to the heating. We really appreciated how careful he was. The installers were also very good and helpful. Steve was one of them. They left our basement very clean which was a plus. Steve also showed me how to use the new thermostat even thought it was a bit late on a Friday night. He was more than willing to take the extra time even though he must have wanted to get home for the weekend.

    Replace Furnace

    I was very pleased with the service I received from Delta Air! They replaced my old furnace with a new Lennox high efficiency natural gas model. The salesman (Scott) was very knowledgeable and had alot of good ideas when it came to fixing a cold air return problem I had. The installers came on time, were professional and cleaned up the area when they were done. I would highly recommend Delta Air.

    Furnace/AC

    Our furnace quit working this fall from a cracked heat exchanger. Charles came to give us a quote first thing Monday morning and we ran with it. His quote was thorough and professional and he took the time to explain the differences between 3 different systems. Since we didn't have heat they made the job a priority and by the end of the day Wednesday we had our new system. Dale and Jason did an incredible installation job. Everything is very neat, tidy, and straight and they took the time to show and explain the system to me and answer any questions I had. They were able to do both the AC and Furnace in 1 day! Everyone at Delta Air was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone who values customer service and a quality installation.

    Heating and A/C replacement

    Recently (mid-November 2012) we had to quickly face the fact that our heating system (25+ years old) would not make it through another winter, even a mild one. Delta was previously recommended for servicing and we really liked the positive and competent attitude of their staff. When we had a consultation about the most practical and affordable system for our home, all of our questions and concerns were really heard and understood; there was no aggressive sales-pitch, no "dumbing down" and no pressure to sign onto anything before we felt comfortable. The actual installation was expertly and tidily done, with a great deal of attention to detail and outstanding concern for not overly interrupting our routine (I work from home). As the installation proceeded, Delta staff were always helpful in explaining what was being done, why and how. When our home's construction presented a couple of logistical problems that took extra time, they took it all in stride. There was always positive attitude and professionalism in every step of the process. I feel confident that Delta will continue to look after us as customers in the coming years. Our new system (Lennox) makes us feel very secure and comfortable.

    Furnace, A/C, Coil, Humidifier, Thermostat

    My furnace needed to be replaced due to a crack in the heat exchanger, and I decided that it also was time to install Central Air, so I scheduled sales visits to my home by five reputable dealers. I subsequently chose Delta Air Systems to install the new systems in my home because of Scott's professionalism, attention to detail, and "no pressure" sales approach, as well as the prompt and thoughtful manner in which Scott responded to all of my phone calls and emails. The ensuing installation by Dale and Jason was clean and of high quality (it was evident that they took pride in their work, and I appreciated that they paid attention to every detail). Thank you for a job well done!

    new furnace

    The staff, service, workmanship and assistance we received from Delta Air System this week when we replaced our 30 year old furnace was exceptional. The Delta team, under the guidance of Vince, assessed our old heating system and advised us on our best affordable options. The tradesmen that removed the old system and installed the new Lennox system were friendly, trustworthy, competent, respectful of us and our home, patient and excellent 'teachers' on how to run the new system efficiently. After the heating system was installed, Vince has also been in contact to make sure there have been no problems. Thank you Delta for all your work. Grant and Barb MacIver

    Furnace Replacement

    We had Delta put an A/C into our previous home and were very happy to have them perform the furnace and A/C inspection for our new house. Our house inspector had found some unusual corrosion, which prompted the more detailed inspection by Delta. They found that there were a number of problems due to poor maintenance by the previous owners - bad enough that we had 49 days to fix it before Union Gas cut us off for safety reasons. The necessary replacement part was covered under warranty, but both Delta and our house inspector suggested we consider complete replacement given the poor state of the furnace. Scott Padfield, who we knew from our A/C purchase, explained very clearly what our options were with no pressure at all. He helped us hone-in on the right choice for us and got it installed within a week. The actual install was extremely professional and *clean*. The installers, Scott Petigrew and Jason, did an excellent job - they managed to make a furnace have that "shiny new" feeling. Scott Padfield came back a few days later to inspect the quality of the installation and to give us some tips on how to get the best experience out of it (there were helpful features we didn't know about). Though an unexpected furnace purchase isn't what anyone hopes for, Delta made it an extremely positive experience. We will definitely continue to rely on them for their professionalism and expertise.

    Purchase and installation of new furnace

    Rachael was awesome. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She responded to all questions promptly and the installers were done even earlier than planned and left everything clean. Rachael came out immediately to make adjustments to make the the furnace run as efficiently a d quietly as possible.
