    Furnace not holding heat on a cold blustery day!

    Furnace not coming on at programmed heat and the house was down to 67. Called Delta in midst of a snow/ice storm & thankfully they came same day. It was a flame sensor issue and fixed quickly. I told technician (Ben) that I had a new thermostat which he installed at no charge. Excellent service and Ben was great at communicating/explaining issue. Will not hesitate to call again.

    Replace of furnace

    We had them replace our furnace, when it died during the recent deep freeze. They were very professional(both the installers - Scott and Liam, and sales/business - Josh) They completed the task in less time then expected.     new furnace installed

    I was impressed with the Salesman Josh, who explained everything to me in detail. The installers, Dale and Matt, worked diligently together to install the furnace. They were efficient and left everything neat and tidy. After the installation was complete, Dale and Matt explained the setting & use of the new thermostat and the upkeep of the new air cleaning system.

    A/C installation

    Recently had my A/C unit replaced with a Lennox system. Installation was done by Dale & Matt. These two installers worked well together & seemed to anticipate each other's next moves. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction without any hesitation. Both were knowledgeable & helpful. Can't comment on the A/C unit yet as it is a new installation. After two weeks, it is working just fine. I would recommend Delta & these installers.

    Extremely Satisfied with Delta Air Systems

    When we confirmed we needed to purchase a new AC and furnace for our newly purchased home, we reached out to a number of companies for quotes including Delta Air Systems. Delta Air's salesperson, Jordan, arrived at our home at the scheduled time and was very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed that she had used a system utilizing a Google tool I wasn't aware of to already assess our house and its HVAC needs- she clearly knew what she was doing, walked us through the house to show what would happen the day of installation and provided us with six options, good, better and best from two different manufacturers. Her quotes were professionally done and printed out in our home on her portable printer. Pricing was good. Jordan also provided us with the contact info for two energy consultants for us to select one to use to maximize our rebates, prior to getting the HVAC installed. On the installation day, the team was polite, on-time, did a great job and left the house tidy and clean. Jordan dropped in during the install to ensure no issues, and then followed up after to ensure all was well and to provide some suggestions in regards to our air filtration system and our thermostat. Needless to say, we were extremely happy with Delta Air and would strongly recommend this organization for any HVAC work that needs to be done!

    Installation of New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    We would recommend Delta for all heating and air conditioning requirements. Our experience was positive from the first contact with Jordan Woods to obtain a quote to the completed installation by Dale. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional and provided excellent customer service in ensuring we fully understood the operation of the system. Delta is a company with genuine interest in the customers' needs and supplies reliable customer service.

    New Air Conditioner Installation at Newly Built Home

    This is a two part review of the sales person and the installation team. Sales: Purchased a new home, and needed a air conditioner installed. I spoke to a sales rep named Spenser. Long story short, we ended up liking Spenser and what he was able to offer us. His initial professionalism and and price points couldn't be matched by any of the competitors we've contacted (we've contacted at least 5). Once we told him we wanted to go with him, he came by again so we can sign documents and get the ball rolling. This is where things became to deteriorate a little bit. He didn't provide a copy of any contracts to us, and when we asked about it, he said he would e-mail to us. This never happened, even after calling again 2-3 times asking for copies. To this day, he still hasn't returned voicemails left to him regarding getting copies of those documents. He also said he would follow up after the install, but never did that either. Fortunately for us, we didn't experience any issues with actually getting the air conditioner unit installed, and receiving a bill, and paying the bill, so we're happy with that. We also were very happy they accept credit card payments online through an online secured portal. Another issues, though not sure if it's related was that the installers didn't contact us to arrange a time to come in until after we called Spenser stating no one called. After that call, we did end up getting someone from installation to calling us, and we've arranged a date for them to come without issue. Installers: ------------ We were able to schedule an install date, and the installers (Dale and Matt) arrived on time, and installed our air conditioner in a timely fashion. They took some measures to ensure our home will stay clean as they come in and out of the home by putting tarps down on the floor. Though they didn't do the same for the basement. Our basement is unfinished, though I feel that shouldn't have prevented them from making sure they don't track dirt down there. Taking off shoes would of been a more optimal solution. We had to mop the stairs and the basement floor afterwards to remove the shoe marks on the staircase and basement, but overall it wasn't too bad. We understand the annoyance of having to put shoes on/off when trying to do a job like this where you constantly need to get in/out of the house. They did clean up as best as they could after themselves though; there was very little to clean up from the drilling and cutting they needed to do, so very happy with that. One off-putting snag we had with them was that they were tasked to feed a wire to where the thermostat was. This required them to make the hole where the thermostat lives a bit bigger. Once they've completed this, and put our thermostat back on, there was a pretty large visible hole. They didn't want to patch the hole and said since we're getting a EcoBee in about 2-3 months time, the EcoBee should cover the hole. We let them know we didn't want to be looking at a hole in the wall for 2-3 months while we wait for our EcoBee to be installed. They did end up patching the hole. In my opinion, the customer shouldn't have to justify why they don't want a hole in the wall. If it's something that was caused by the company, repair it; regardless if it will or not be visible in 2-3 months time because of new equipment. Aside from this minor hiccup, things went really well. They were very friendly people, did their job quickly and (from what I can tell) professionally. We've had the air conditioner for about 2 -3 weeks now, and its working wonderfully, especially in this 35+ degree heat. Summary ----------- - We're happy with the service Delta was able to provide us and are happy we choose Delta to do the installation; no regrets. - There is room for improvement, mostly with the sales process and having the customer receive a copy of all documentation that was signed. We STILL would like those, if anyone from the company is reading this. - We would do business with Delta again for our upcoming projects in the future.

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner installation

    Spencer Padfield was the Salesperson who came to our house for an appointment regarding a new furnace and Air Conditioner. He explained everything very clearly, helping us realize why our old Furnace was not efficient. Dale and Matt came to install on the agreed date. They were extremely efficient and very professional in doing their work, explaining everything clearly. They finished in the time that they had estimated for the job. We highly recommend Delta Air Systems and especially the Install team.

    New Furnace and AC in Waterloo

    I rarely write reviews but I felt it necessary to take the time to promote the great customer service we recently received from Delta Air Systems. We recently purchased a bungalow in Waterloo and we soon realized it came with an unreliable furnace and a 30 yr old AC. The furnace started failing and we figured it best to proactively search out replacement options. Google reviews scored Delta high so we called and sales rep John K quickly showed up and recommended a Lennox furnace and AC that was best suited for our size of house. John highlighted all of the benefits of Lennox along with the Delta promotions. Knowing we needed a new furnace ASAP John scheduled the swap out within 48 hours. On the day of install a shiny new truck pulled up, on time, with the crew of Pettigrew and Cash. These two Pros took over and started taking away the old furnace. Within hours the new furnace was installed. They were respectful of our house and laid down carpets all the way from the furnace room to the outside. They were very informative and made suggestions on how to better vent the furnace (different exit point). They then fixed the AC cable mess we had on the side of the house and replaced the AC. We now have peace of mind that we own a quality product (Lennox) and that Delta will be there to service our Heating and Cooling needs for years to come. I highly recommend this company !
