On a Thursday afternoon in early March, a technician from Delta came to inspect our furnace in response to our "no heat" call. He quickly determined that our furnace had to be replaced and that same evening, Jason (sales) came to our home to give us the cost and assure us that the furnace would be installed the next day. On Friday morning at 8:45 am, Scott (install crew) was at the door with our new furnace. From beginning to end, the Delta crew went above and beyond to provide satisfaction. They are a very professional group of employees and a great testament to the high standard of workmanship that Delta Air provides. We highly recommend Delta Air.

When I purchase my house over 20 years ago, I contracted the services of Delta Air Systems Ltd. Now, it was time to replace the furnace again and because Delta did such a good job the first time, I hired them again. The location of the furnace is extremely tight. Regardless, the crew of Pettigrew & Lian did a great job. They made the challenge look easy and in spite of some messy weather, the house at the end of the job looked very clean. The crew upheld Delta's legacy with us as professional, competent contractor all around - sales, management and technicians. Thank you Delta.

When our furnace died on a cold February morning, Delta was there to help! It was over 20 years old so time for a new one and a new air conditioner too. The salesman was thorough and not pushy at all and explained all our options. The installers were great - friendly and efficient. They did a great job and we would recommend Delta Air Systems to everyone!

Steve did a great job with the install, he was very professional and I appreciated that he wore shoe covers because it's the winter and there's lots of snow/salt on my driveway. John gave us the initial quote and was also very nice to work with. They were both professional and showed up to the appointments on time. The humidifier works great and the cost was right; I got quotes from 3-4 other companies and felt the most trust with Delta that they'd do a great job. Highly recommended!

Although Delta is not a dealer for the Fujitsu heat pump I wanted, Vince was willing and able to obtain the unit I wanted and confirm that it qualified for a rebate. The installers, Scott and Craig, arrived as scheduled and did a superb job of installing it in spite of it not being the Daikin unit they are familiar with. All three people I encountered from Delta were a pleasure to work with. While I don't anticipate putting in another heat pump, I would certainly contact Delta if I were to do so.

Our furnace broke down a week before Christmas! That was Tuesday morning & by Thursday afternoon our new furnace was up & running! From my first call to the office, to the technician who diagnosed the problem, to Spencer who left our home at 10:00 that evening after explaining our options, to the installation crew who arrived at 8:15 on Thursday morning-everyone was so helpful & professional! Even the expedition of the paperwork by the office was fabulous! Calvin you should be very proud of your “team”-so efficient, friendly & impressive. I was referred to Delta from a family member. Later I learned that my former boss and bank manager had also used Delta and they ALL had excellent experiences. Spenser my salesman was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and was prompt to follow up with any of our concerns. Dale and Matt the technicians were also extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and super tidy, extremely nice & real pleasure to have in our home. They really do go the extra mile to explain things and make sure you understand the equipment. I would highly recommend Delta to anyone who is in the market for any heating or cooling repairs or replacements. This company is polished!

Coming home to a cold house was just the start of my problems. After having a few different companies who said they could fix it, only to come back to me hours later to tell me they could not I called Delta Air based on a recommendation from a family member. After touching base with them they worked around my schedule to have someone come out. I knew the furnace could not be replaced so they quoted me for a new furnace. I was pleased that they did not just push the most expensive option but gave me 3 options and very detailed descriptions each so I could make an educated decision. I wanted to sleep on it and they were happy to comeback the following day for another face to face meeting to answer any questions I had and finalize the order. Being a no heat situation and this was a Friday they offered some smaller heaters to keep my family warm through the weekend and were able to install on Monday. The great experience did not stop there. The install team was very professional and polite, and once the install was done spent time with me going over all the changes they made (older home so some venting changes to bring it up to code were needed and were explained at the initial visit) They also went through and explained the new thermostat and stayed around a little bit to ensure that everything was working as expected. They were nothing but professional and polite the entire time and did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete as well. I will not hesitate to recommend Delta Air to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and professional company who sells a quality product. Thank you very much for making a stressful event as painless as possible for my family and I.

We were extremely pleased with the installation of the Lennox Furnace and Air Conditioner in our home. Thanks to Jason for providing great service in assisting us with a decision on the correct system to install. Thanks also to Dale and Matt for the excellent installation. The entire experience was top of the line!! We would definitely recommend Delta Air Systems!!

Had our 16 yr old Carrier AC unit go down in the October heat wave. Jason came out to re-quote a complete new installation including, Top of the line Lennox Signature Series XC25 AC, SLP98 Furnace, Pure Aire filtration system, Lennox whole house dehumidifier and new HRV. It took them 3 days to complete the install. Very professional and great team. Very impressed with their work. Their service and post sales support are 2nd to nobody. Special thanks to Jason and Dale along with all other members of the crews that did the install for us. Would recommend Delta Air to anyone looking for professional service for their HVAC needs.
