Joe actually came by last fall, and I got too busy to write a review then, but still recall the quality of his work. He took the time to do a thorough job instead of rushing like other cleaners in the past. He explained everything that he was doing, and even cleaned the furnace and air conditioning coils. He will be the only one that I call for duct cleaning in the future.

Guy came on time, went down to the basement, explained the process well, did the job, made little mess, cleaned the whole system with duct, drier, furnace, etc. The job costs 250 plus tax which comes to around 285.

I was very pleased with the service from Dial One and would certainly recommend them. Josh arrived on time and did an excellent job. There had been a terrible smell in the basement and he located the source (after many others had failed). A dead rat. In the end, our home's ducts are clean and the smell is gone. We are very happy with Dial One.

Having needed to get my ducts cleaned as I was 8 months pregnant and due anytime. Dial One, was great in accommodating me as soon as possible and Will the serviceman who came was professional and answered all on my questions with knowledge and patience. Wil our technician did a wonderful job. He was very insightful, honest and thorough. I noticed a difference immediately. We had a problem with some rooms not getting as much heat as others but it seems to be much more balanced. I still can't believe the junk that came out of our vents. I wish I called them sooner.

When he encountered a difficult spot, he gave me all of the options available to me, from the invasive to the non-invasive, and let me choose how to proceed knowing the pros and cons of each option. I would definitely hire Dial One again when the time comes!

Dial One was friendly, honest and helpful. They did the job professionally and dust in our house is less than 10% of what it was before they came. They also took the time to show us what they were doing and give us some tips to keep the system clean.
