Great service! Joe answered my call and all of my questions without hesitation. Wil arrived at the home right on time and explained what he would do. He also looked at what the previous owners had done and explained how his service would be more efficient and effective. I will certainly be calling this company again when I need and am going to refer them to all of my family members!

Very pleased with cost, service and staff. The technician explained what he was doing, why, and what had not been done by previous supplier. \He worked hard to address duct issues and worked well beyond my expectations. I have paid more in the past for far less in service. I would not hesitate to call them again, but hopefully not for 5-7 years.

Great prompt and professional service! Spoke to Joe, the owner, on the phone, who gave a thorough explanation of what was included in the duct cleaning. I had called late in the week and he was able to book us for the Tuesday. Wil, the service technician, arrived earlier than the quoted time (as I had requested, if possible). He explained the whole process, got to work quickly, and was friendly and courteous. Can't thank him enough for a job well done!

Very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to use Dial One again in the future. They showed up promptly at the time that was scheduled and went through all the details of how the process would work before starting the job. The technician, Wil, was able to answer all my questions as well as providing some very helpful advice. I was very surprised at the amount and types of debris that was cleared from my duct work and would strongly suggest anyone moving into a new home to have this service performed. It is very good value for the money and Dial One was a pleasure to do business with from the moment I first made phone contact with them. Excellent service!

We had a company no show on us twice , we then called Dial One and they were able to come next day. They were prompt and on time and explained everything to us about what they would do and why plus things that were done wrong the last time upon inspection of the vents and duct work. They finished very fast with no mess at all. We will highly recommend this company and will call be calling for future cleanings. Very impressed!

I wanted to have someone to come in short notice and Joe was able to accomodate this. He was able to schedule me in the following day! Josh came by and was very nice and friendly. Thank you Josh! Jason arrived promptly to start the 4 hr cleaning. Job was done very neatly, and thoroughly. He conducted the job professionally with a smile, even though he had to get to some pretty hard to get to places up at the attic. No mess was left behind. Will definitely recommend you to others. We were very pleased with the quality of service and equipment used to clean the ducts in our house. Josh was very thorough and courteous and even changed our furnace filter! We would definitely recommend Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning.

Just as the reviews said. Our house is a typical East York 2 storey semi with 9 ducts (including bsmt) The owner Joe quoted me over the phone and was very familiar with these type of houses. Another company on Homestars with excellent reviews did not respond to the "Request Quote" I logged online at their website. Josh arrived and explained what he was going to do: tape all the heat registers & cold returns, then blast compressed air down each register to "loosen and push" all the dirt down to the basment. Once completed, down in the basment he cut two large square openings and two small openings for the "air whip" technique and vacuumed it all out. Openings were then closed back up nicely. Professional and business-like, I think Josh did a terrific job. Company was a pleasure to deal with, from the initial phone call through to the service. Easy recommendation, the 10's are legitimate.
