    Duct Cleaning

    We had just finished doing a number of renovations in our home and wanted to clear out all the dust. I called around and Joe was actually the most expensive by about $50 bucks but I figured an extra $50 bucks for what I thought was a better service would be worth it. Well it was. He and his employee were great, the job was done in the amount of time they said it would be and they showed up on time as well. Joe even discovered there was a problem with our humidifier which we were able to get fixed by our heating/air conditioning company.

    Duct cleaning

    I bought a investment home in Toronto and thought the home could use a clean out of the vent system.I called the few top companies on the site and felt most comfortable with Joe,he explained what he was going to do and delivered.He treated my new home with care as if it was his own.He took the time to answer all my strange questions,"i can be a pain"lol.Anyways if you want a solid job with a expert cleaning..Give them a call..Thanks Joe

    duct cleaning and dryer vent.

    Speaking with Joe was a delight. He was extremely informative and polite. He explained the procedure and accommodated my busy schedule. His employee Will was on time, took his shoes off at the door and greeted me politely. At my furnace he then explained what he would be doing. The job was completed thoroughly and to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend dial one any day of the Week. Great job guys!!

    Duct cleaning

    I initially spoke with Joe who was informative and helpful. Wil arived on time and was very helpful and informative he gave me several tips on running my furnace properly and showed me how much dirt, dust, and other debris he managed to remove from my ducts. All in all I had a great experience from using Dial One and will recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again for the great job guys!

    Duct and furnace cleaning

    I read a lot of homestar reviews, called the top three ranked cleaners and chose this firm. I was getting a new furnace and hadn't left much time for a duct cleaning. Joe, the owner was very helpful on the phone. But what cinched it for me was that at the end of the call he said he would appreciate my business. Asking for the sale seems like a basic business thing to do but no one else did it. It worked and he got my business. Will came out and did the cleaning and it was very thorough. I followed along and he explained everything. Even though I was replacing my furnace two days later he did a thorough furnace cleaning on my old beast of a furnace so that the soot and crap in it didn't undo all the duct cleaning he had done. This proved especially helpful for the furnace install team a few days later as they had to take the old furnace apart to get it out. If it had been full of soot it would have been a mess. I like this firm and recommend them.

    Duct Cleaning

    I initially called Dial One after receiving some run around from two other companies that would not give me a straight answer on price. After talking with Joe who was polite and informative and assured me that the price he quoted me on the phone would be final; it was. The next morning Wil was at my door, on time and ready to inspect my ducts, which he was very polite about and well informed, giving me numerous tips on maintaining my furnace system. Wil walked me threw the entire process and showed me the huge amount of debris he was removing from my system. I could not be more happier with the quality of the air in my home and how my furnace seems to be even running a little better thanks to Wil and Dial One....Keep up the great work guys!!

    Duct & Furnace Cleaning

    We recently moved in to a house which was formerly 3 apartments and had been converted back in to a single family home. During its time as apartments the furnace had apparently not been run with a filter resulting in a very dirty furnace and ducts. Wil at Dial One was able to come out within a few days and did a great job. He was very thorough and offered us some useful suggestions to make our furnace run better and to increase our home energy efficiency. He took about 2 hours and their price was fantastic given they use the natural duct disinfectant/treatment. It smelled like thyme. The airflow in our place is much improved and we have had to dust much less often. The positive reviews for this company are well earned and I will recommend this company to others.

    Duct Cleaning

    Will arrived on the stat holiday, Dec 27 and cleaned our ducts. He was friendly and helped us with information/advice as to how to make our system more efficient and gave us some $ saving tips. He also asked us to watch when he was cleaning out the furnace. Most people aren't going to want to be watched unless they are confident with what they are doing and that they are going to be doing right. Thanks Will for cleaning our air for me, my wife and soon to be third member.

    Duct Cleaning

    I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends. After calling around and researching I finally came across Dial One Duct Cleaning where I spoke to Joe and explained the situation that my house was dusty and never seemed to stay clean and how parts of my house were colder then other parts. After our conversation I then arranged a time for someone to come in feeling very confident that I choose a quality duct cleaning company compared to the others. When Will arrived he was very professional and listened to what my concerns were. He worked very hard and did not complain once. After the job was done I noticed that night my house seem to be warm with no cold spots and there was less dust, cutting my cleaning time down so I can spend it now with my family. I hope this review helps make someones decision easier when trying to find the right duct cleaning company as I found Joe and his staff were there to help me and not just make a quick buck.

    Duct cleaning

    I called this company based on the high reviews I see here. I spoke with Joe who was polite. helpful and professional in helping me book the job and made me feel confident in my choice. When the technician, Wil, arrived, my experience was not as good. Wil turned out to be a good worker but he was short-tempered and made me feel guilty for wanting him to look at my dryer duct which Joe had assured me I could ask him about when he arrived. Wil complained of being overworked which I can sympathize with, but as a customer I shouldn't feel guilty for expecting him to do his job. Towards the end he calmed down a bit and was more helpful, so perhaps his crabiness was simply due to being tired, but I will not be recommending this company because I wouldn't want my friends to be exposed to his negativity.
