I am going to have my furnace replaced in few days; I wanted my ducts cleaned before installing the new furnace, so I can have a clean start with the new furnace. Joe came with his red amazing powerful truck, I had doubt first how can he does a good job alone, but after seeing Joe navigates and operates easily, he also showed me how much dust fly through inside my dirty duct, I am finally convinced my duct would be clean after his job done, Joe spent more than two hours to complete the job. Thanks Joe! Job well done.

Wil was well-spoken and explained everything that he was doing without being asked. He had a very nice manner and was very thorough. A great job at a reasonable price.

After having my basement finished I contacted Dial One to get the ducts cleaned. He walked me through every step of the process and completed his job quickly and thouroughly. Dial One taught us to seal the joints of ducts in the basement with heat tapes, to reduce heat loss. They replaced the old duct tapes left by the previous company with heat tapes and drilled new holes in the duct to do a more thorough job. The person was very professional and answered every question that we asked. He sealed every vent outlet carefully and covered the hardwood floor to make sure he didn't leave any footprints. The machine was very powerful (i.e. with great suction)! I'm very satisfied with their service and will certainly recommend Dial One to everyone!

Joe and his guy came on time, took extra care in taping off my ducts to clean them out and made sure that the equipment he brought into the house did no damage. They made sure to do all the vents and cold air returns. I have used them once before and I will continue to call them back to do my cleaning. I called then initially because there was an "animal" in my dryer duct which they were going to just deal with but I also had them blow out all my ducts. Joe (the owner) ended up going to Home Depot and buying a new outdoor dryer vent cap and affixing it to my exterior wall to stop anything from getting inside and he also replaced my dryer hose which was a fire hazard. I would say that he went above and beyond his call of duty to please a customer... and that he did!

We've never cleaned our ducts. And we had done some pretty major renovations. With a 1 year old we decided to get the job done. I found Dial One on homestars and read some of the reviews, they sounded great. Gave them a call on a Monday and had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday. Weekend appointments are great as both my wife and I work during the week. Will came out right on time and was a very friendly, professional guy. He invited me to follow him along and check out what he was doing, which I did and recommend anyone else to do so too. The amount of stuff that I could see coming out of those ducts was amazing. Will gave me some tips on how to get better heat and AC flow up to my top floor, which seems to have worked perfectly. Thanks Will! My furnace is now clean and way quieter now. The house feels and is cleaner, and we can breathe better as well. I would recommend Dial One to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future. Great job guys!

With a very detailed partner it was quite surprising how happy he was with the in home cleaning experience we had with Dial One. They were in and out without a trace. The technician was clean and respectful of our space and performed his task with very well. I don't know many of the details but my husband was met with intellectual conversation detailing the process and what was being done. We really just wanted to say thank you!

After speaking with several companies on the phone it makes me wonder how they stay in business. Joe from dial one (also the owner) was the only one who took the time to politely explain what he would be doing and how it would be done. Very reassuring when a stranger is coming to your home.
