I own a business on Kingston Road and have called a few companies for a quote on commercial duct cleaning last week. Joe called back promptly, was extremely professional and personable and their quote was actually less than the other two. Josh was the technician that showed up to do the work, he was also very professional as well as friendly. Took the time to explain a few of the problems he found, explained how he was going to deal with them, etc. The vents are working in a more balanced way now, I'm getting more air up here and that's the best part! After reading the reviews for Dial One, I gave Joe a call and was impressed at the time he took to discuss the services they provide and what would be involved. I booked an appointment and was equally impressed with the actual service. Josh was on time and did an excellent job. He took his time and explained everything he was doing as well he offered suggestions that would help maintain the air flow throughout the house and keep the ducts clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get the service done. Their pricing is competitive but for sure you get quality service.

Called and talked to Joe about our new construction project and having him come and clean the drywall dust out of the HRV before it was turned on for the first time. He indicated that unless the system had been turned on, the dust would still be in the first few feet of the duct and easily accessible with a regular vacuum and that we should call him back in 3-5 years. Nice to know there are honest services out there. We'll definitely call him back when the ducts need a more thorough cleaning!

We were thoroughly satisfied with the work that Dial One carried out in cleaning and sanitizing our ducts, vents, etc. There is a noticeable difference in the amount of dust and allergens in our house as a result and the staff was very courteous, professional, punctual and clean. It's been one month and we are very pleased with the end result!

We just had our home's ducts serviced by Dial One and are more than satisfied with the service provided. They were 10 min early for the appointment (so great!) and were courteous, friendly, explained in detail what they were going to do, and left no mess at all. Even setting up the appointment (via phone tag!) with the manager was easy and pleasant. I would certainly recommend this company and the service they offer.

I had my new house duct clean by Dial One after researching on this website. Wil did an excellent job on cleaning, explain every detail of the procedure and also courteous. I personally have dust allergy and I could instantly see the difference after the cleaning. I recommended them to my neighbor and also my in-law. I would definitely hire them for all my future duct cleaning. Keep up the good work.

The team was very professional. They were on time, new what they were supposed to accomplish and gave me a couple of tips on how to cut down on my hydro bill. Good Job. Great guys !! Joe seems to have a nice team.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Wil was extremely thorough and provided explanations of what was being done throughout the process. I could even hear and see the debris being removed from the ducts. Furthermore I appreciated the care which was taken to keep the job as clean as possible ie. the equipment caused no damage to hardwood flooring nor carpets. Highly recommended.

Weekday evening appointment was on time. Explained what was going to be done and said I could watch everything he did. Workers was professional, cleaned up after and gave some advice on general furnace and duct maintenance. Would highly recommend!
