Dial One were very professional. They explained every step of the process. As the work was being done the worker spoke and explained what he was doing and why. The worker was on time and friendly. He cleaned up after his work was done and left the work area as it was prior to him arriving. I would recommend Dial One to anyone who wants a good job done for a fair price. Well done Dial One!!

We were moving into a new home and were looking to have our ducts cleaned. We had seen different adds for duct cleaning and some were 15 ducts for $100 which seemed like an excellent deal. I also looked online for duct cleaning companies and came across Dial One. I called to find out information and pricing. I spoke with Joe and he was very professional and also very honest. One of the first things he said to me is I'm not going to tell you that I'll clean your ducts for $100 and I appreciated that honesty very much. Anyway, the are rated the top duct cleaning company and they definitely live up to that. They guy that came was fantastic, he did an excellent job and was very informative and made sure the ducts were cleaned to satisfaction. Dial One is a great company! Thanks!

I was recommended by a friend to have my ducts and furnace clean with Dian One Professional Duct Cleaning. The company person that came was on time and friendly. He cleaned the ducts and and furnace and also provided extra tips on how to keep the furnace clean. He did a great job!!!!

On May 16, I received excellent service in a professional manner from Josh. He explained all details of his job and performed his duties as expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires their ducts cleaned. Since, having my ducts cleaned, I noticed that the air is fresh and free of dust. I found Dial One through CanPages and contacted Joe. Joe explained all details of the work and was able to answer all questions. I was grateful that they were able to come on Saturday, which worked great with my schedule. Great Job!

I had my ducts cleaned by Wil through this company. He did a great job and was in and out in a flash. He kept me informed about what he would do and how he was going to do it. Joe the owner with whom I set up the appointment was very friendly and accommodating with my schedule. It's hard to guage the cleanliness of the air other then to say that it smells clean and the ducts are free of the dust/debris that used to be there. Thanks for the great service guys!

I received great service from Joe of Dial One Duct Cleaning for my house in Clarington, they provided quality service at a fair price and took their time to do the job right, covering all the vents. Joe made the process easy, being flexible with the challenge of myself being out of town and having to co-ordinate with a third person to get access to the property -- not to mention faxing all the receipts for my records. I would definitely recommend Joe and Dial One again, and they are now safely stored in my contact list for next time. I found Dial One through Homestars and appreciate everyone else who commented as well, it made my job of finding a duct cleaner much easier too.

After spending about a week researching duct cleaning companies, based on the great reviews, I decided to call Dial One. I called on a Friday morning and spoke to Joe. He gave me a quote and was able to send his crew out to my house the very next day. Josh and Wil showed up right on time, gave me a detailed explanation on what they were going to do, and then started at it. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job and were able to get the ducts looking like new. It's been a few weeks since we had the cleaning done and I must say, the dust levels in the house are dramatically lower. As an added bonus the fee was even a few dollars lower than Joe had quoted me over the phone. Overall I was very pleased with the service, price and the company overall. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Dial One had great communication from the beginning. Joe always replied to emails regarding questions and quotes very promptly, even if it was in the late evening hours. Very personable over the phone. His staff arrived on the scheduled date/time and even called before they arrived to give me the heads up. Staff was very knowledgeable as they walked me through the process. Very sociable and easy to talk to. All in all, a very good service. Although there aren't 1/2 stars available, I'd rate 9.5/10 (reasons to follow)
