Purchased a new home in whitby 4 years ago.We started thinking perhaps our house was so dusty because the ducts were dirty.Turns out we were right,we found dial one through homestars and found they're price and service was phenomenal..We will certainly recommend dial one to my friends and family..

After reading the reviews for Dial One, I called and made an appointment to have my newly purchased home's ducts cleaned. The house had been in renovations for a year and was pretty dusty on the inside, so I can only imagine what the ducts looked like. Joe, the owner, made an appointment for me, and Josh and Will arrived to do the work. They got to work immediately; connected the hose to the furnace, covered all the registers and started the cleaning. Will cleaned all the registers while Josh cleaned the furnace. They installed a new filter in the furnace for me and also sprayed the disinfecting solution through the system. I have to say it was the best $225 I have spent on my home, and I heartily recommend Dial One for the service.

The quote that Joe gave over the phone included the furnace and A/C coils and was exactly what we paid at the end of the service call. It was nice to know that a thorough job was done without the surprise of any hidden fees. They called ahead to confirm, explained and demonstrated the equipment and were very courteous. We live in an 80 year old house that has never had the ducts cleaned and the difference in the air flow and dust level is amazing. I would highly recommend these guys.

My father's house has had many pets over the years and hadn't had it's ducts cleaned in a long time. I have asthma and my boyfriend is allergic to animals so needless to say, the air quality was horrible prior to the cleaning. Joe came in to clean the ducts and you wouldn't believe the difference. It was like night and day. He was very professional and courteous to our belongings. He even showed me the before and after of his job. I would definatley recommend this company to others. Had the tech named Will do a duct cleaning and he did a fine job,very happy.I was curious about hepa units and humidifiers and talked to "the boss" joe.Joe advised me on my options and we ended up doing a swiss air hepa unit with a honeywell steam humidifier.Since our indoor air is quite good.We are pleased with the level of service and will use dial-one again..

My child has had horrible asthma since the reno's have been completed.Since dialone did the cleaning,the air has been much better within my home and my son feels better.I will recommend dialone to anyone who needs duct cleaning...Thank you
