    Mis leading consumer, be careful

    Signed a contract for a New hot water tank lease promotion for 3 month free with a $500 rebate Dec. 2022. installed a new one in 2023, but there is NO rebate and No free 3month lease. Had paperwork to approve. Enercare Mis-leading consumer.

    Worst customer service

    We moved several months ago into a new home. We notified Enercare of our change of address including all the extra details required. We had no issues with the other utility companies with our move. For the past three months, we continue to speak to various "customer service reps" who still insist we owe bills and claim they have no record of our move. The amounts they quote us are continously changing. After each lengthy phone call, they claim to have corrected the issue and that we won't have anymore issues. This has occurred approximately 10 times now! Stay away from Enercare at all costs!!

    Balance on bills

    Enercare is a disgrace! They should be out of business and I hope they will soon! Of importance are the customer service (what service?) representatives! Every time you call, you speak with a different person and you are told invariably a different story on the same subject every single time!!! Could it be because their English (understanding and speaking) is very poor? But they are doing an excellent job explaining why you owe them more money! As a result, I bought back my hot water tank and closed my account because I don't want to hear about Enercare any more! Pass on the word, stay away from trouble, stay away from Enercare! Is it possible to give less than 1 star because that's what they deserve?

    Hot Water Tank- honoring offer

    We got our water tank replaced beginning of October and was promised 8 months free to continue with them. However the company never honored their promise just keep billing every month. I've been calling the customer service every month, mostly rude people and being told the credit would finally be applied this January just to get yet another bill. Just got off the phone with the customer service being told they have difficulties applying the credit and they cut the conversation without ending it. It is impossible to get hold on upper management. Every other company we can get the management if needed but this. Absolutely the worst company and the customer service. Wish we did not continue with them.

    Clogged bathtub and faucet drains

    Booked my appointment with Enercare online for some plumbing issues. Very experienced plumber, issues resolved quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service!

    Enercare tricked me

    Enercare didnt list in my contract they were putting a lean against my property. I only found this out as Im selling my property and I am upset! Avoid them. They well, they arent transparent and they trick you

    Customer service

    God forbid if you want to contact customer service . Every call has 45 minute wait time and person on the side dont know what he or she is doing. Just to fix my account and get out of their services. All start after they go for new billing and billing department is total fail. Check the screen shot for more explanation

    Furnace repair

    Sam, the HVAC specialist, was exceptional, courteous, and very eager to ensure that I was helped on the spot and that I did not have to wait for parts and service to be delivered on another day. He was meticulous and thorough, and explained the work that needed to be done very clearly.
