    Furnace

    The consultant (Ali Fouladgar) provided 2 options for us, either rent the furnace or paid in full amount. He explained some knowledge about heaters to us in detail and also setup the installation appointment for us. Technicians are polite.

    Service

    Under Warranty . Even though it took them several tries, they never complained or stopped until the issue of the red squirrel chewing through my ventilation pipes and getting into my basement ceiling was finally fixed and Alexander from Enercare came and gave a final maintenance check! I apologize that I can't remember all of the Enercare employees who came to my rescue!, but Thankyou to the Mgr and staff of Enercare Home Services Team and Alexander from the Maintenance Dept. for going above and beyond and doing an exemplary job!     Purchased a hot water heater

    marred during the removal of the old tank. That whole section of floor ended up being repainted. In the process of draining the old tank an affixed stainless drain covered was pried up. This confused me as there was a laundry sink for the drain hose to go into. This was only feet away from the floor drain. When this crew was done we asked about a payment method. We were told that a bill would be sent in the mail. This crew took the old tank with them. On June 10th we received a call from a contractor asking where the old tank was. We told them that the installers, from Enercare, had taken it. The voice on the phone told us that he had not received notification that this was the case. On June 19th we made a telephone inquiry about the status of our bill, as we had not received it yet. The call taker advised my wife that the tank was in their system as a rental. We asked that this be changed and to please forward the bill so the new tank could be paid for. On July 17th we still had not heard anything so called back in. This is when my wife was advised that there was no record of the tank even being installed. Yet another follow up call was required. This had our issue forwarded to Enercares Planning department. In early August an individual came to our home and collected the payment. Shortly after this my received a call stating that a person was at our residence to pick up the old water heater. In late August we received our first of multiple delinquency notices. These were being sent because Enercare kept charging us for a water heater rental. In mid October we got what appears to be our last delinquency notice. I can honestly say that I cannot remember dealing with such an unorganized outfit in all my years. Beware. This could happen to you.

    Enercare is the worst

    My mother's house was closed/sold May 27th. I notified Enercare 2 months prior to the close of the house. They have continued to bill my mother's Master Card for the cost of the rental. After 6.5 months I am still trying to get the refund of $42.67 back. There service is TERRIBLE. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT. THEY WILL TAKE AND YOU WILL NOT GET BACK.

    Furnace Maintenance Check Up

    Manuel provided oustanding customer service from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He is definitely an asset to Enercare. Would love to have him sent annually if possible. 10/10 would recommend.

    Enercare: A Nightmare of Customer Service and Unresolved Issues

    I've been dealing with Enercare for many months now, and it's been an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is non-existent. I've spent countless hours on hold, only to be transferred to different departments with no resolution. I've had multiple issues, from incorrect billing to service appointments that never materialized. The most frustrating part is their complete lack of accountability. Promises are made, but nothing ever gets resolved. I'm still waiting for a refund on an overpayment from two year ago. It's clear that they don't care about their customers or their problems. I strongly advise anyone considering Enercare to think twice. Their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction are truly appalling.

    Furnace not working Dec 9 & 10, 2024

    My Furnace died on Dec 9/24 called Enercare and said it is winter in Canada do you have Tech's on call was told by client service Rep that thee is no such thing. The best they could do was send someone between 11-3 pm on Dec 10,24 when I spoke to Supervisor Daniella she was not helpful at all. Both were hard to understand as well. Anyway the tech came told me it was fixed but an hour later it was still freezing so I called again and insisted on someone showing up that day again the window was 4-8 pm, after wasting a whole day the second tech was amazing and I finally had heat at 7:45 pm. Lucky it was 4 degrees or Enercare doesn't care!!

    Tankless hotwater tank mechanical failure

    Ben from Kingston was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in his approach, I would recommend his services highly.
