Tech. was very efficient with the time taken to do a great job. Changed furnace fan & cleaned a very dirty {plugged} A/C coil which had to be taken right out to get at it. Also offered good advice on installing another cold air return, and on cleaning of our ducts. Did a great job & sure made us happy.

My hot water tank broke down, called Enercare and a rep was at my home in great time, to repair the problem. Jay Q was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He knew exactly what the problem was, and did the repair quickly. I appreciated that he also suggested and made arrangements for a new tank to be installed. Great Customer Service from him!!!! Thank you

James and Spencer were phenomenal. Quick and efficient. Great customer service and very competent in what they do. Friendly professional lads and i would reccomend them to others in need of their hot water heater service.

In the years I’ve paid for the 6in1 program I have had an issue with my refrigerator that 4 technicians could not resolve. I ended up correcting the defrost issue with a length of copper wire. Have not had an issue since. I now have an issue with my oven. It has been almost 2 months and numerous phone calls with agents and supervisors who are arrogant and dismissive. I do not recommend this company.

Steve was very professional and courteous when he came to change the fluorescent bulbs. He also offered value added services by inspecting the fire alarms and testing them. Would definitely recommend the Enercare Electrical service for their prompt and professional service

The man came to my house for AC maintenance have good knowledge. He did his job correctly.He explained everything thing. He recommended some filters. He advised me to use insulation

I have been paying enercare for 4 years now they say the basement of my house is not covered. Its MY HOUSE BASEMENT all the plumbing main drain everything is in the basement!! They sent a plumber and he was rude and aggressive with me. Now they say I have a $120 buyout. They do auto renewals and HIDE behind their fine lines contract. I am SO DISAPPOINTED this is the WORST COMPANY to deal with!! They dont transfer you to supervisor nor give you the office of the president phone number!!

Adam arrived at the agreed upon time and did a good job cleaning and checking our furnace. He also explained what he was doing and when we might need a new furnace. He was polite and friendly.
