    Enercare Duct Cleaning

We had some renovation work, so the the duct in the house was unbearable. The Technician Stan, could not have been nicer to work with. Took his time and blew out every register and air return. We notice a difference in the quality of the air already. Great to deal with.

    Hot water tank replacement

Shaun M and James F. of Simcoe Benchmark. Arrived early on a Sunday, as we'd requested. Friendly, professional, efficient chaps who carpeted our flooring before entering the house. Great guys. Good explanation of what they'd done and how to do some simple troubleshooting if needed...or told us to just call the # on the tank for free in-home assistance.

    Water heater

I would never recomend this company to anyone. I stayed without warm water for 24 hours. I called several times. First appointment was from 7-11pm. They kept saying they are on their way. At 11pm we had to book another appointment from 9-1pm next day. Again, nobody showed up. Another appointment was booked from 3-7pm. Do you think someone shows up? No! Too much stress. Just buy your own or try another company. You can't rely on Enercare.

Heating maintenance as part of the Heating, protection plan

As part of the Heating protection plan, Enercare provides their customers a complimentary maintenance. Here comes Anthony. Anthony, before he got started, asked if I had any questions and when I didn't he encouraged questions. As he got started, he explained what he was going to do and why he needed to do it. Anything that was of concern, he explained it and then asked for advice from his manager. At that point, Anthony, opened up the furnace and did a thorough assessment focusing on the parts that raised questions/concerns.Whenever I had questions, he would stop, give eye contact and answer my question(s). Anthony tested the furnace for carbon monoxide leaks and temperature. He went one step further and tested for leaks and venting from the water heater. When he was finished, he closed up the furnace putting it back how it was and then explained his findings. Anthony gave me a helpful tips booklet that gives information on the services that Enercare provides plus a business card from a consultant when I expressed interest for a new furnace. Anthony also included the cost I would have paid had I not had the plan. Overall, I'm pleased and relieved the furnace will get me through another winter. Furthermore, Anthony's findings will be documented so that the next technician will be aware and follow up the areas of concern and I will be informed if their is a further change in status of the furnace. I am very relieved. Thanks Anthony for a job well done!! Yay!

    gas water heater replacement

Yesterday a technician informed us that our 17 year old gas water tank needed to be replaced. He arranged for an appointment today to install a new heater. Mark L. and Cody H. from Simcoe Benchmark arrived on time and were very polite and informative about the details of the new heater. We highly recommend them for their work and efficiency. Furnance Maintenanace Plan

I think the heating protection plan is one of the best plans a homeowner could purchase. Enercare service is excellent. The rep. (Ryan) that came and did our furnace cleaning was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

    installation rental water heater tank

On September 28th 2017 i had a new rental water heater installed , to my surprise and disappointment, the two installers not only left fine dirt particles in the hallway of my home from a piece of dirty carpet which they had spread on the floor which i swept up but they also left my basement floor dirty with, dirty brown water marks and shoe prints, i called enercare and complained to both a supervisor and a manager, they manager came to my house and was very apologetic which i appreciated, he also took pictures, of my basement floor , and screws which were left on a freezer in my laundry room,up to this point i was always satisfied with the service which i had received from Enercare, hopefully this never happens again. i will be giving a 4 star rating, the reason being that the manager from 278 rutherford road came to my home and was very courteous
