    Fire Place Cleaning

    Chris Dalton was the technician that did the yearly maintenance on our fireplace and he was par excellence. He was very kind and sincere and took the time to show me how to work with the pilot light etc as I was always uncertain about it from season to season. Enercare, you are fortunate to have such a great employee on your team. Thank you Chris for being professional, efficient and overall genuine.

    Water heater not working, no hot water

    My rented water heater is showing an error message and I do not have hot water. I called Enercare a couple of times and have been transferred to a couple people who have not been of any help so far. They said they cannot send someone until Saturday which is unacceptable. How can you make someone wait a couple of days without hot water? They can't even tell you what the error message means over the phone because they don't know what it means. They said someone would call me back today and still not a single phone call. Absolutely horrible, unreliable service. I am paying almost $720 annually to rent their water heater and I'm furious with the terrible service received so far.

    Air conditioner service

    Technician was very friendly. Called in morning to say he had freed up time due to cancellation, could he come now? Was just sitting around so… great. Completed service quickly and efficiently. Put away garden hose and turned off all lights before he left. Explained the results of service before he left.

    Air Conditioning Service

    Technician Jeff was very helpful, courteous and took initiative to book a follow up appointment to ensure my unit was running as it should. I felt confident with the work that was done and would recommend Enercare based on this experience alone.

    Aircondition repai

    Excellent service. Suressh is very professional when it comes to his work. He came ontime . It's not very easy to access inside but he still manage to finished . I'm grateful and happy on his services . Not only that but he also give some advice on what will i do in future in case another technician will come again . Overall very happy in his service

    Air Conditioning Service

    Marius was a great technician. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to fine tune our system such that our whole house feels more evenly cooled. He fixed several leaks around the furnace with aluminum tape and replaced our clogged air filters. He also showed me the proper settings for the humidifier and fixed that filter as well. Overall, I was very very satisfied!

    Bought off water heater and rental still being charged.

    I bought off the water heater and I am still being charged for water heater through Enbridge. I called the customer service and told me to call back after 3 months and will continue to be charged for something I bought it off.

    Hot Water Tank cancellation & return

    It has taken me nearly 1month and >4hrs on the phone over multiple phone calls (including being hung up on) to cancel my services with Enercare. This is not the level of customer service that would ever make me want to consider recommending their services. A truly unbelievable and disjointed process that with the technology we have today should not be experienced. Feels like a grab for any bit of extra billing they can get their hands on.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with

    My hot water tank is rented from them, and leaked out all over my basement. Instead of replacing it, they wasted an entire day sending someone over to inspect/repair it even though it is 15 years old (guys, it should be an auto replace at this point, stop wasting my time). The next day, I went to book the appointment, and got hung up on, sent to dead queues and was basically treated like pure crap for over an hour, I literally had to call them at least 7 times as a result. If you want to be treated like pure crap, this is the company for you. Be warned, take ANY OTHER competing company over this trash. As I was writing this, they left me on hold for 20 more minutes and then hung up on me again. It is so absolutely ridiculous how horrible their service is. Heading over to better business bureau site right now to file a complaint.

    Two days later, still waiting for service and the ceiling in bathroom below is totally soaked

    Spent over 30 minutes on hold when I called on Sunday to report a plumbing emergency, flexible tube from upstairs toilet disconnected. No shutoff, had to turn off water to entire house. Could not get water shut off completely, using containers to remove water from upstairs washroom. Earliest appointment was Tuesday 1-5. Told to call Monday and they rescheduled for Monday 1-4 but no one ever came. Called again and back to Tuesday. Ceiling in main floor bathroom now completely soaked, will have to be replaced. Water went through to basement as well.
