    Plans

    Had Enercare protection plan for many years. Moved to another province and cancelled the plan, at no time did anyone advise that I would have to payout the remaining months on some contract. Nobody from Customer Service agent to their Managers wanted to work out a solution, just kept saying its in the terms and conditions. I am 76 years old had the plan for ever cant even find the contract. Disappointing that A) they think we should pay for a plan that I cant use B) not willing to even work out a suitable solution Would never recommend anyone signing up with them.

    Hi there- You should have received a renewal letter via mail or email at least 60-90 days prior to the renewal of your contract reminding you of your approaching anniversary date. Similar to any contract, there are buyout fees associated with opting out of your plan early. I apologize for any confusion regarding the terms of your contract.

    Air Conditioning Maintenance/Service

    Pierre, our technical service representative was polite, on time, knowledgeable and profficient. He gave us a thorough review of the condition of the unit and suggested cleaning the air ducts to improve its efficiency. We are going to do this. Would highly recommend the use of Enercare to others.

    Excellent service

    Mohammad Q of enercare gave excellent service and it did a masterful job on our air conditioning coil. He is a very smart great technician at air conditioning. I would highly recommend him and enercare

    hot water tank repair

    Rémi Leclerc visited my home to repair my rental hot water tank.....It had been flooded and I thought it was a 'goner'....Rémi was very professional and knew his stuff ....I was very pleased with his positive manner and patience with my questions. Job very well done

    Air Conditioner & Humidifier

    Service was excellent from the initial appointment to the installation. Because we had to install a new concrete pad and relocate our old air conditioner, they were so accommodating in coming to disconnect our ac at our convenience and work out a time worked best for us to do the install a few days later. I'm very happy with the service I received.

    Upgraded gas line, install tank-less water heater, relocate BBQ and oven/range

    What a pleasure to work with the team of professionals from Enercare. From first point of inquiry to installation, each person we worked with was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. There is always a team who supports an effort and we thank you all but especially Marshall, Rick and Brendan/Brandon ... just such an incredibly positive experience and we thank you very much. The project initially was to upgrade our water tank to a new tank less heater, top of the line product, and ended up also upgrading our gas line to code, relocating our gas range, capping of the existing and relocating our gas line for our BBQ which we'd wanted done for years.

    my emergency not their priority

    Called Enercare to service my hot water tank. Next day service with 4 hour window to wait. Guy hmmed and hawed about what the problem was. Then proceeded to clean a sensor. to the tune of $257.00. The next day I was without hot water again. On the follow up he said hot water tank had to be turned 45 degrees in order to fix it. and then he left. I called another company who came out the same day with a 30 minute wait time and fixed my tank by replacing the gas valve in the space that existed. I spoke to enercare field service supervisor who explained that the water heater space was not to code. However he decided to refund me the service charge from enercare. This action has renewed my faith in their service department.

    new A/C install

    Got a new a/c install was explained what my options were they came and installed it when they said they would I did have a problem with water leaking from unit called service rep they came over and took a look promptly and had a installer come over next day to fix water leak issue which ended up having to install a pump cause it was so far to the nearest drain so far no leaks very happy with install after it was fixed

    AC Maintenace

    Amazing tec came to the house and my 80 year old mother was home who is nervous at times regarding repair people. She is afraid they will pressure into unnecessary repairs or sales. Was professional and friendly and did the work quickly and well. Highly recommended, my mother absolutely raved about him!

    cooling maintenance

    Pierre Prud"Homme was the guy who came to do my maintenance and was very friendly and efficient. He informed me that everything was running good. also talked about duct cleaning.
