    New furnace and AC

The entire experience was professional and efficient. The salesmen Brad took the time and explained our options. The Installers Mitch and Brad were top notch. They were patient, respectful and meticulous in their work. Thanks for a job well done!

service tech norm rollin great service

i purchased a service plan for furnace since i just bought this house , not knowing much about the furnace . The tech that came to do the maintenance Norm Rollin explained everything in details what was going to be done , made recommendation , was very knowledgeable about all services , very respectful, polite , and came within time frame. I actually decided to purchase the duck cleaning which he recommended . knowledgeable on all services provided , and explained in normal words that i could understand -not tech words which was great ! thanks Norm for the great service i would recommend this tech to my friends and family (which i already did ) thanks for the great service !!!

    Poor customer service

I agree with a previous comment that enercare does not care about customer service. I had cancelled to their services and was told one thing. When I received a bill that did not reflect what I was told, I was of course upset and asked what their policy is when a customer has been misinformed and has to pay for that misinformation. Nobody seemed to be hearing my question -- all I asked was "what is your policy when a client has been misinformed?" I consider myself a reasonable person, and honestly, I had already paid the bill! I just wanted a simple answer to my question. It turns out their policy is just to apologize and dismiss the customer. If there's a way to circumvent or avoid their services altogether, I would!

Air Conditioner Maintenance Service Non Existant

Our air conditioner broke down for the second straight year due to a poor initial installation by Enercare. For the past two weeks repeated calls for repair assistance (under warranty) have gone unanswered, and messages unreturned. Truly appalling service.

    Maintenance of AC and furnace

They can't contact their service people. I took day off to be home during the window, but was in back yard WITH MY PHONE and back gate open when they arrived so they left. Spent an hour on phone with Enercare, and they had no way to get them back. They did not call ahead. Contacting Enercare is a web of waiting on the phone, with the longest wait for Customer Care. This is a company that doesn\t want to speak to you. On the subsequent appointment, they didn't show. Another hour on the phone and a manager will call me back in 48 - 72 hours. Of course they are likely to call when I am not available, and it will start all over again. Try Reliance. No contract and they can contact their service people.

    Yearly air conditioner servicine

The technician was helpful and friendly. He explained what he was doing and also gave me a booklet which showed Enercare's products and services. He was friendly to my little dog which was nice as well.

    Worst Customer Service Ever

I called Enercare on a Friday night because my hot water heater was leaking significantly, flooding my laundry room. I was told that I was on the priority list and someone would call me after 9am the following morning (Saturday). I stayed home from work and waited all day -- no phone call. I called on Monday morning, and the woman I spoke to sounded confused, telling me they had been having difficulty with phone calls. She booked an appointment for me for Tuesday afternoon, and confirmed a replacement for my hot water heater that was exactly what I had, with the same price (50 gallon). Two very nice gentlemen arrived the next day, but they had a 60 gallon tank. They did work at trying to stop the flow of water from my broken tank, and recommended that I get the main shut-off valve to my house fixed before getting the new hot water tank put in. They rescheduled my appointment to Thursday afternoon. On Wednesday afternoon, I called Enercare to confirm my appointment on Thursday, and to make sure the correct sized tank was going to be installed -- my appointment was confirmed. After taking yet more time off work, I coordinated the shut off of water to my house and a plumber to fix the shut off valve to happen before Enercare came in the afternoon. They never came, and I haven't heard from them since. I am going to call them again today and request that they cancel my account -- I have been without hot water for 10 days, and it does not look promising to ever get hot water again if I remain with Enercare.

    AC unit service repair

Our AC unit stopped in the middle of a heat wave 2 weeks ago. I contacted Enercare and was told to wait 3-4 days for an appointment or could add to my monthly plan an additional $$ and then would get an appointment in 1-2 days. Did what was asked. A technician came on June 15, 2017 and said the Fan was broken and needed to be replaced but it would take usually a day or two for this. What a surprise when on Sunday 18, 2017 I received a call at 8:30 in the morning and was told that the service would be done only on June 21, 2017. This was done on June 21, 2017 and to my surprise... my AC unit still not working properly. Really very disappointed with the company.

    Servicing my leaking furnace (a/c)

Your service plan is great. Your service technician was fabulous! He called 20 min prior to arriving, which meant I didn't have to sit around, waiting for him all day. He was clean, courteous & very helpful in showing me how to eliminate air leaks in venting, increase my cold air flow in the house & clean out the hole in my cement floor, to avoid puddles in my basement.

    Furnace and AC installation

Engaged Enercare for installation of Furnace, AC, HRV Very carefully specifying HRV is a must have They completed site inspection , said all good - went ahead with AC and furnace installation. Called to say they were adding other products free without clearly specifiying they cannot install HRV. Had an extremely with the Sales staff on getting the full order completed Was promised 3 free service for furnace and one of AC - now called for booking and looks like it is only free inspections not service which is due only after 3 years STAY AWAY - Sales Staff is deceitful and service staff are not helpful at all
