Really challenging to resolve billing issues
We moved out of our house in July 2024 and 6 months later we are still calling Enercare to resolve the billing issue. Even though I now have a new account with Enercare in our new house, it seems impossible for them to register that we have moved. I am still receiving bills from our previous house. I have sent our bill of purchase confirming sale and new home owners but I am still receiving a bill. Every time I call they inform me that the issue will be resolved but just today I received a bill of over $300. I am completely lost as to how to resolve this. I hoping we can buy out our current contract as I want to cut ties with Enercare. With this experience I would not recommend Enercare.
