    Hot water tank repair

    We have a maintenance program with enercare. They are very good at responding quickly to any issues we have and are very through in the work they perform. We are very happy with this company.

    Total Home appliance protection plan

    I pay Enercare/Enbridge monthly $49.95 for this plan to repair appliances/plumbing/etc. Our dryer broke on Dec 1st and I have been without a dryer since then for a family of five. There are 3 parts that are on order-2 have come in, 1 is still on order, but each time I call Enercare they tell me that it is not their issue it is Transglobal's who orders the part and when I call Transglobal they tell me it is Enercare's issue. I have been told on 3 separate occasions that an Enercare supervisor will call within 72 hours to follow up and that has never happened. All we want is our dryer fixed so that we do not have to go to the laundry mat or to our friends house to dry our clothing. I am not sure why I have been paying monthly for this service when I have gotten no where with this company.

    Replace Hot Water Tank

    Raj Babrah from Enercare came the day after I called as I had no hot water. The new tank was in in less than a few hours and it seemed effortless to Raj. You can tell he is a skilled professional who knows the job inside out. The service was very clean and Raj provided explanations and offered pointers during the installation.     Furnace

    Anthony and Leo are very friendly. Works fast and efficient manner. Knows what their doing. Snowing but they have their red carpet to cover the floor. After their work done, they clean up everything!!! Job well done!!!! Anthony and Leo are very well recommend!!!

    Furnace Repair

    I have had an Enercare maintenance program for my furnace and air conditioner for about a year. I am so impressed with the timeliness of the service calls which can occur in the evenings and weekends which is great because I don't have to miss work. I booked a recent service call 7:00am on a Saturday and someone was at my house by 9:30am. The technicians are so professional and the quality of the work is top notch. They repair what needs to be done quickly and efficiently. The monthly plans are great value for money.

    Billing Credit Run Around

    13 yr old Water Heater Broke on Halloween. Called Enercare to come inspect it. However, there was a $118 call out fee because I owed the Water heater. Ok fine. Tech comes in and says I need a new tank and if i buy it through enercare the call out fee is waived. Ok sure. So speak to install rep on phone and reconfirm the $118 call out fee is waived on the 40cv water tank install of $1198 incl tax. She says yes it is. Tank installed. No credit showing on bills. So I call customer service/billings and they reconfirm it is there and should be showing on my next bill. Next bill shows up. No credit. I call billings again and now there is no record of the Credit of the $118 to be applied. Service rep also stated that there was no file or information that enercare offered that $118 credit. However, they have records of my calls to confirm the install and the follow-up one for the credit. I was told it was being escalated and to await a phone call of their decision. I'm not too happy about this potential bait and switch. UPDATE..Feb 8, 2017 No one called me back yet. I figured as much. So I called them back. I just got off the phone with them and they still haven't processed it. Told me to call another number and they opened another case file. Stop Passing the buck. Please Just fix it. it's $111.87!

    Furnace, humidifier and air conditioner

    We contacted Enercare b/c our water heater cracked and leaked out on our basement floor. Gerry paid us a visit, for a simple water heater exchange. Gerry discovered that our furnace did not have a rate plate, therefore we could not proceed with the exchange, we need a new furnace. Gerry contacted Brian Wilkinson. We met with Brian Thursday evening. He is a straight to the point kind a guy. He spoke my husband's language. Brian immediately started to make the necessary arrangements. In just over 12 hours later, Lenny & Frank came by to measure, Marco and his crew removed our 42 year old furnace and swept the floor ! Adam's crew installed the chimney liner later in the afternoon, to make it possible for Fahim and company to install our new 50 gallon water heater. Saturday morning Frank & Lenny showed up bright and early to install our new furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. Brian was in touch with us throughout the process, making sure everything was to our satisfaction. The different crews were professional and polite. We would highly recommend Enercare to anyone looking to change / repair a furnace or air-conditioner.

    Maintenance Appointment

    My furnace and water tank are approaching the end of their life time. I do have checked them regularly (once a year), and I find the investment well worth the money. When I forget to book the appointment, I receive successive reminders from Enercare.

    Furnace Maintenance Technician went over and above

    I've been on a furnace maintenance plan with Enercare for the past couple of years. My first thought was that for approx $10/mth it was a good way to make sure my furnace stayed in good shape. Today I had the maintenance done by Paul Antoniak and he did a fantastic job for us. He really took the time to inspect all of the components of the furnace, noticed that some items were not properly connected, tested for carbon monoxide outside and in, cleaned up wiring, hoses etc. He went over and above what I expected and I feel a lot better knowing that everything is working the way it should. If I ever questioned whether it was worth it to have this service, I don't any longer. Thanks Paul for all of your help!

    Enercare - Hot Watertank service

    Enercare replaced my 14 yr old water tank today... they were professional, quick, clean and took the time to discuss what they had done and the features that the new water tank offered. Craig Cassells and his partner were very helpful... they worked so quietly you wouldn't have thought anyone was here... Thanks guys
