    Heating Maintenance

    Scheduled my appointment and confirmation was sent by email. On day of service, I was contacted by the person attending and notified that he would be at my residence within 10 minutes (well within the time frame given). Quick, efficient service. Professional young man attended. Went over and above to please. Thank you.

    DUCT CLEANING

    DUCT CLEANING PRICE WAS INCLUDED WITH COST OF NEW FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLATION. IT WAS REPLACING 24 YEAR OLD FURNACE. SERVICE TECHNICIAN CALLED BEFORE ARRIVAL, WAS IN THE 4 HOUR TIME SLOT, WEARING IS PROTECTIVE BOOT COVERS A RED CARPET WAS PROMPTLY ROLLED THROUGH THE HOUSE TO THE FURNACE. THE TECH. S TRAVIS WAS FRIENDLY INFORMATIVE QUIET AND WAS GONE WITHIN THE 4 HOURS. NO MESS WAS LEFT BEHIND. THE BOTTOM LINE VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE

    Furnace & Air Conditioning Inspection

    "We moved into our new home in July 2015. We had our first air conditioning inspection in spring 2016. We had our first furnace inspection in fall 2016. We were pleased to have the same technician for both inspections. We like the online connection. We like the monthly payment direct from our bank account. We shopped around and Enercare rates high in comparison. Keep up the great service!"

    Furnace maintenance

    HORRIBLE customer service. They booked a maintenane appt at my OLD address. It took 10 phone calls over 1.5 wks to try and schedule a new appt, and they still couldn't book one. Enercare, you need new reps. Not even the superviser knew how to manage this simple request.

    Furnace & Hot Water Repairs

    Enercare was proactive during a routine maintenance call recognizing a potential problem. Old defective water heater was replaced within a couple days and all furnace repairs done within 24 hours.

    Furnace check up

    The Technician Paul Antoniak showed up on time and did a thorough job. He was polite and was respectful of our home. He found a couple of things that were worn out and suggested a way of fixing them economically. Good Job. Bill Bonnett

    service replacement water heater

    Thank you Enercare for the service replacement of my water heater. I found that the service technicians were professional, courteous and efficient. They knew the job, took good care and left no mess. Keep up the great work Phil and Jay!

    Toilet making noise

    Company was efficient had someone here next day! Plumber was very efficient and professional. He explained what was wrong and explained what he was doing while he was fixing the issue ! He was done and cleaned up in a very timely manner ! I have had a plan with Enercare (Total home plan) and am extremely satisfied with this company and its employees !

    Hot water heater.

    Arrived before the appointment time and waited for us to get home. Finished the job much faster than expected and was happy with end result. Much much better experience than I ever had with Reliance.
