I called Enercare yesterday Oct 13, 16 for service on my Boiler. I requested a Technician that is very familiar with this type of Boiler, I give the customer service rep the name of the technician that know how to fix the Boiler but she was offering to sell me more services instead of trying to help, anyway the appointment was booked for the following day to my surprise another Tech showed up I decided to give him a try, because I did not know him, he tried but could not get it to work, so he decided to call his supervisor who was trying to book another appointment for me with another Tech at a time when I would not be at home. I called the office and ask why the Tech I requested did not come to my home and was told by a very rude gentleman that I cannot get who I want. I have a service plan and I should have service when I requested it is not my problem that you don't have experience Tech to fix my Boiler, I was trying to avoid this problem by requesting a Tech that I know fix it in the past, but your employees don't care about customers all they care about is how much more they can sell you. The Techs are very friendly and helpful, but if they cannot fix a problem they don't have a choice but to walk away. Now I was told another Tech is coming on Monday if he cannot fix the problem I will call CP24 and complain because heat is essential and I am paying for this service as a matter of fact I pay for this service even when my Boiler is turned off so I better get the right Tech this time. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends and families, customer service needs more training.
