    water heater

    The 2 technicians that came on time did a clean and efficient job. They also realigned an exhaust pipe of the furnace as it was to close to the chimney exhaust to make it up to code.

    Aircon Repair

    I called Enercare on Sunday evening and I was really surprised that a technician will be available at 8:00 AM the next day. After some testing, a leak was diagnosed in the aircon unit and a valve needed replacement. Unfortunately the technician did not have enough freon but another tech arrived shortly. They charged up the aircon unit and completed the repair in a short period of time. I was really surprised and satisfied with the service. The techs were not only very professional but worked safely. I would recommend Enercare.

    hot water tank

    cancelled my brother hot water tank when he passed away in may,gave enercare phone number and address of owner of house .mailed in death certiicate paid last bill with certfied check and still bill is in his name

    Remove old water tank & Install new one

    Polite, knowledgeable installers. Covered floor pathway to keep clean. Got permission from neighbour to access to side property to vent pipe. Answered my questions. Came within window stated with phone call before arriving. Would highly reccomend.

    Furnace and Fireplace maintenance

    The serviceman that worked on my furnace and fireplace was respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and provided sound explanations. He was incredibly patient and friendly. He Would be a person I would hire for a company!

    Furnace Inspection

    We had James as our Enercare technician for our Fall, 2016 furnace check-up. Excellent service, as always. I made the appointment easily over their website. James called ahead of time, he arrived on time, and he was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. He spent time explaining the heating system to us, and he gave us tips on the proper care and cleaning of the filter. Thanks James! We highly recommend Enercare.

    Money Grab

    Paid for protection plan on furnace for several years without a claim. Contacted them to request furnace quotes - never heard back. Bought a furnace from another company and all of the sudden I'm "locked" into a contract for another 10 months? NOPE. They can try to prove I agreed to another year but I didn't. An "assumed" renewal is not a renewal. Good luck collecting...see you in court.

    Gas Water heater

    I appreciated the timelessness of the service and the service was done quickly, thoroughly and explained fully. Good company to work with. We rent our hot water heater so the $99.00 charge was not required.

    Annual Maintenance

    I believe you annual cost for cleaning is fair. However I do have two questions. The service person asked me if we has carbon monoxide sensors and I said yes. He never looked at them though. I wonder if that was the way they were supposed to check. Also, he told me my filter needed changing. I am surprised this isn't included in the service.

    Furnace maintenance

    The technician was on time, polite, and respectful of our home. He thoroughly explained all the tests that had been run, and the results. We felt very well informed after his visit, and confident that our furnace is in good working conditio .
